The villa is located on a private plot with a nice garden, its own private pool with sole use for the guests; pool terrace with BBQ area with table and banks for more than 8 people, sunchairs for more than 8 people and wooden gazebo.

The villa is located very nearby the sea. The nearest beach (Cala Avocat) can be reached by walking in 10 mins (by car 2 mins). The bigger beaches like Calpe and Moraira are at 10 mins distance by car.
