The grounds to the apartment are maintained to the highest standard with abundance flower beds and palm trees. The property is an ideal holiday for all ages. Getting to the apartment and resort is easy. At the moment it is served by 3 airports, Valencia which is about 1 1/4 hours drive as is Reus, with Barcelona about 2 and a 1/2 hours away. The journey to all these is via the AP7 Auto route which is 5 miles to junction 44 from the apartment.

Outside
The large (shared) pool, with childrens area is clean and well maintained as is the tennis court. Plenty of parking and beautifully maintained gardens. Balcony with table chairs and parasol.
Coast/Beach
There are 5 beaches in and around Alcossebre all are excellent and meet the European blue flag standard for cleanliness. The closest beach (Playa Romana) is a few minutes stroll from the Lasenia complex. All beaches have clean golden sand and sea, ideal for children and adults alike.
Golf
Approximately 20 mins drive to the beautiful golf course (Panoramica). Designed by Bernhard Langer and opened in 2005.
There is also a course Desigend by Sergio Garcia's at Castellon. About 30 mins drive away. A new course in nearby (Cap i Corp) is due to open in late 2006.
Special interest holidays
The Americas Cup is being held in Valencia in Spring/Summer of 2007 so book early. Access to Valencia is very good. There are many local activities which include Cycling, Diving, Fishing, Golf, Horse riding, Mounting biking, Sailing, Surfing, Swimming, Tennis, Walking, Waterskiing, Wind surfing.
Travel
Barcelona approx 1 hour 50mins drive. Reus (Barcelona) approx 1 hour drive. Valencia approx 50 mins drive. A car is highly recommended.
Distances
The complex Lasenia is in the Playa Romana area of Alcossebre is a 20 min walk into the town itself. Nearby Las Fuentes itself has a beautiful marina within walking distance. An hours drive up the coast is the Universal Theme Park. Alcossebre is within easy drive of the historic towns of Morella, Villafames and Peniscola, which provided the setting for the hollywood film El Cid. A very good water park at Benicasim, with go-karting at Oropesa.
Further details
The local supermarket is a short walk from the complex as are some excellent restaurants. In the town centre there are 2 supermarkets a number of banks/cash points, a tourist information centre, and many restaurants, bars and tapas bars.
