The townhouse is over 2 floors. On the top floor is the master bedroom with a large balcony with views to the mountains and over the pool. The other bedroom is a twin. There is also a large bathroom. Downstairs there is a separate WC and a fully fitted kitchen. A lounge/dining room leads onto the patio which overlooks the pool and gardens with views to the mountains. The patio also has a table and chairs for al fresco dining and sun loungers for sunbathing. The house has air conditioning and heating. The house is non smoking. The new shopping centre in Ondara, Portal De La Marina, is just two miles away. lt is on three levels with underground car parking, shopping, restaurants, cinemas and a bowling alley. Something for everybody.
