The patio also has a table and chairs for al fresco dining and sun loungers for sunbathing. The house has air conditioning and heating. The house is non smoking. The new shopping centre in Ondara, Portal De La Marina, is just two miles away. lt is on three levels with underground car parking, shopping, restaurants, cinemas and a bowling alley. Something for everybody.

Alicante and Valencia Airports are both 1 hours drive away.A car is recommended. Denia port is 7kms away and takes you to the Balearic Islands as well as local sightseeing trips
