Casa Evesham villa, with own heated pool, is situated in a select and quiet residential area of Moraira. Superb elevated position with stunning views over the Moraira valley to the sea. It is set in a plot of 285sq.m. which receives sun all day. The villa is just 5 minutes drive from the centre of Moraira village where there are beautiful sandy beaches, shops, supermarkets and plenty of restaurants. The property is extremely well presented with, central heating, and fan assisted ventilation. There is a large secure court where children can play ball or net games. There is a private apartment on the lower level which is not occupied when there are guests in the main villa. Satellite TV. Wireless broadband available at no extra cost. There is also a double bed downstairs apartment the rental charge being £100 per week. (No other person would be in the apartment during your stay).

Notes on accommodation
Fan assisted ventilation. There is a full guest guide available which can be sent on-line even before booking accommodation. There is also a detailed "where to find what" list for when you arrive. Our property manager Mary is within 10 mins, who will readily assist you with any Villa matters.
Single bed(s) could be accomodated in lounge a 40 euros charge would be made. Wireless broadband - no extra charge.

Accessibility
Whilst we do not have wheelchair accessibility the living accomodation, bedrooms and terraces are all on one level and all outside stairs have strong handrails.

Coast/Beach

Golf
There are 3 golf courses all within easy reach of the villa -Javea just minutes away. Golf Ifach 15 minutes drive away. A championship course at Oliva 30 mins.

Travel
Alicante approx 90 kilometres, Valencia airport approx 125 kilometres. A car is essential. We would be happy to recommend the 2 car hire companies which we use.

Distances
Moraira 2km, Calpe 20km, Javea 10km, Denia 15km and Calpe 20km.

Further details
We have a available a full guest guide including a restaurant guide. There are a number of pubs and restaurants just a few minutes from Villa (not within hearing), 2 large supermarkets and a Barclays bank halfway to Moraira. The Friday market is a must.

Booking notes

About the owner
I live in Dorking Surrey. We purchased Casa Evesham 6 years ago It is named Evesham after the town where my Mother and her family grew up. The prime reason for purchasing the villa was for family holidays but then to cover some of the cost we decide to offer it out for rental. All of the family take great pride in making sure that the Villa is kept to the highest standard and we have much improved the villa since we purchased it including having the pool heated. I am semi-retired and enjoy the responsibility for the guest bookings. My three grown up children each have their own responsibilities and it is helpful that on their many visits they come back to me regarding anything that needs updating or attention. We all love Casa Evesham and Moraira.

Why the owner chose a home in this location
We did not want a new build property. Although it's a suburban area it is extremely quiet, very secure and just 3 klm from the beautiful village of Moraira. What attracted us is the spaciness if the property including a very large (secure for children) ball court. The downstairs apartment is also a great plus. Shops and restaurants are just 1.5 km way. Also the views are fantastic.

Unique benefits of the property
We enjoy the quietness, not overlooked, children love the ball court, shops and restaurants not too far away. Supermarkets just 2 km and of course the heated own pool. The downstairs apartment is also an added bonus.
