Changeover day
We prefer our changeover days to be on Saturday but please ask if your preference is possible.

Notes on accommodation
The apartment has air conditioning and central heating throughout. With views from terrace over the garden and pool it has private access to beach and is perfectly suited for children.
Outside
The apartment has an alfresco dinning terrace looking onto our lovely shared tropical gardens, with a large swimming pool, one part shallow and suitable for small children. For your use there are sun beds and sunshades, garden benches under the shade of the palms, and private access to beach with a shower and foot shower to rinse the sand off after your return. The apartment also has it's own underground parking.
Coast/Beach
200m to one of the finest white sand beaches the Costa Del Sol has to offer, 5 mins in car to the new Nikki beach at the Don Carlos Hotel, for exceptional food and plenty of glitz and glamour.
Golf
From the first time golfers to the amateurs and professionals alike, our apartment is centrally located to serve all the courses of the Costa del Golf. The prestigious, recently completed Santa Clara is just across the road. Whilst Santa Maria, Los Monteros, Miraflores, Cabopino Club de Golf, Aloha, La Zagaleta, El Paraiso Club de Golf, Los Arqueros, Monte Mayor, Atalaya Golf and Rio Real are all quite literally on your doorstep, with many more local courses of differing standards close by, such as: La Quinta; Los Naranjos; Los Flamingos and Marbella Club to name but a few. Further west is San Roque, home of the European Tour in the winter and Valderama, which hosted the Ryder Cup. Almenara and Sotogrande are on the same estate. With Mountain and Link courses, practice areas, driving ranges, putting greens, and for the evening's even floodlit golf is available only a few mins drive away. The Club Houses, as one would expect, are of an exceptionally high standard.
Travel
45 mins driving to Malaga airport, 1 hour Gibraltar airport, car hire recommended.
Distances
200m to nearest restaurants, 5 mins drive to local supermarket, newsagent, bakery and cafe. 10 mins drive to a large shopping mall called La Canada. 5 mins drive to Marbella town. 10 mins drive to Puerto Banus. 1 hour inland into the mountains where fantastic fresh-water lakes can be found to swim in and ancient Andalucian villages to be explored. 2 hours drive to the beautiful city of Granada, the ski season is from December until May each year.
Further details
La Canada offers everything from designer clothes to groceries and fine wines, with many restaurants, bowling, family entertainment centre, cinema and boutiques for browsing. Marbella has a wonderful market on Mondays and a beautiful atmospheric old square called 'Plaza de las Naranjas'. There are 2 large water parks nearby and Selwo Safari Park home to many wild animals and birds that live in relative freedom only 30mins drive away. In Malaga town 45mins drive (East) there is the wonderful Picasso Museum and the old town with its Bodega's selling Malaga wine a local speciality. Or you take a drive 45mins (West) to Gibraltar you for its bargain tax-free shopping and Barbary Apes, or onto Tarifa and its world famous kite & wind-surfing bay on the Atlantic coast surrounded by huge sand dunes, you will find our apartment the ideal base for your holiday!
