Accessibility
One of the large double bedrooms is located on the ground floor with it's own shower room - so is ideal for those not wanting or not able to tackle stairs. At the front door of the villa there is one small step to negotiate.
Outside
The villa has a private garden and 10m x 5m private pool for sole use of the guests. There is a BBQ and sunbeds for the guests of the villa. There is a raised patio just off the living room with a table and chairs. The golf course and more specifically the final hole of the championship course can be watched from the garden.
Coast/Beach
The closest beaches are approx 15-20 minutes by car. There are a host of excellent beaches on the Costa Calida and Costa Blanca all with golden sand and many areas for good lunches and refreshing drinks.
Golf
You are staying on the Mosa Championship Course and it is 100 metre walk to the caddiemaster and less to all the starting tees for the 27 hole course. Also within easy reach are the highly rated Hacianda Del Alamo (20 mins), La Finca (35 mins), La Manga (30 mins), Altorreal (20 mins) and Villamartin (30 mins).
Travel
The best airports are Murcia MJV (15 mins) and Alicante (45 mins).
Distances
Murcia is 10-15 mins by car, a fantastic city with many cultural interests as well as great bars, cafes, restaurants and excellent shopping.

Booking notes
50% deposit on booking, £300 holding deposit on the villa for damages, this is paid prior to departure and returned in full if no damages. Remaining booking amount must clear a week before 2 weeks prior to departure. PayPal can be used to pay, or cash or personal cheque.
