The separate apartment comprises of a further 2 bedrooms, lounge, kitchen and shower room. The open and covered terraces on both levels are perfect for dining al fresco, a poolside BBQ on either the built in charcoal or portable. With numerous golf courses, Benidorm, Terra Mitica theme park, numerous restaurants there is plenty to do or just unwind and relax by the 10 x 5 floodlit pool on one of the sun loungers.

Changeover day
Saturday, although flexible out of season. When making travel arrangements please note that the villa is not available until 16:00 and on departure we ask our clients to vacate the villa by 10:00.
Notes on accommodation
The accomodation on the upper level consists of three bedrooms, (2 double & one with twin beds).Two bathrooms, one en-suite. Large sunny lounge and dining room leading onto the open and covered terrace, overlooking the swimming pool & down to the Mediterranean.
Fully fitted kitchen.
Outside
The open and covered terraces on both levels are perfect for dining al fresco or poolside -an enticing invitation to open air suppers, on either the built in charcoal or portable BBQ
The numerous daily markets offer a colourful and inexpensive array of fruit & veg', an ideal option for a relaxed evening.
Coast/Beach
The Costa Blanca coastline and Moraira, has to be experienced to take full advantage of its unique relaxed, calm and friendly atmosphere, with a diversity of holiday makers from all over Europe. El Portet, (the nearest to Los Prados), and a beautifully secluded sandy bay with several small restaurants and shady umbrellas.
Morairas other beaches offer an activity area for children,showers and hours of fun Or just relax with a cool drink at one of the numerous beach bars, and enjoy the sunset
Golf
There are two nine hole golf courses within a 10 minute drive and la Sellal's fantastic 18 hole, 20 minutes.
Special interest holidays
With several golf courses, Benidorm, Terra Mitica theme park and numerous restaurants there is plenty to do. Jet skis are available for hire and a dive centre allows you to explore the coastline. If you feel safer on land, why not try out the local Go Kart track or fun fair.Better still just unwind and relax by the 10 x 5 floodlit pool on one of the sun loungers.

70km from Alicante Airport. Car hire (or use of car) is essential.

About the owner
Hi, Peter and I moved to the Costa Blanca just over 20 years ago. We spent a while looking for the perfect villa, couldn't find it, so decided to have it built and so Los Prados began. Spain is our home all year round, either Moraira, or (when the villa is rented), we move to an older property inland, in the middle of a field, (quite literally), with only sheep for neighbours! This gives us a change of scenery, plus we love the countryside,as much as the coast. Also allowing others the chance to enjoy both Moraira and our villa. We take care of the changeovers and cleaning ourselves, driving up on a Saturday morning, to ensure everything is just right for your holiday. This also means we're only a phone call away.

Why the owner chose an apartment in this location
We fell in love with Moraira when we first came, twenty years ago, and we still love it just as much. The small town with its cobbled streets, marina and colourful Friday market are a lifetime away from daily routine, yet only a 5 minute drive from Los Prados. The beauty of having your own pool, an entire afternoon of just reading a book, or simply lazing about. Then an evening at one of the sea food restaurants in Calpe Port, or visiting Javea old town, and a walk along the beach. You'll soon realize why so many people come to Moraira time & time again, and why we enjoy living here so much.
