Kitchen: Fully fitted with cooker, hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, dishwasher and washing/dryer machine.
Utility Room: Iron and ironing board, 1 full set of golf clubs and 1 cool box and ice blocks for guests use.
Living Rooms: Bright and airy lounge/diner furnished with 2 x three seater sofas (beds), Sky TV, DVD, CD, selection of DVDs, CDs, books and games. Dining table and 6 chairs.
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service: 		All towels and linen provided except for beach towels. Property cleaned at changeover, additional cleaning can be arranged at extra cost.

Outside
Front terrace with 2 reclining chairs and table for your alfresco breakfast. The rear terrace has a large table and 6 chairs, BBQ, sunbeds and off road parking. Upper sun terrace with loungers and table.

Coast/Beach
Just a 5 min drive away are the glorious blue flag awarded beaches of the Mar Menor. A selection of quiet coves or use the water sport facilities at Los Alcazares and Los Narejos. A 20 minute drive away is the picturesque fishing village of Cabo De Palos.

Golf
9 hole Dave Thomas designed golf course on resort (soon to be 18). There is an abundance of superb courses within a 20 min drive including La Torre which is the second course on the Nicklaus trail.

Travel
Nearest airport is San Javier (MJV) which is 15 mins away. Alicante(ALC) airport is an hours drive. Both of these airports are used by most low cost airlines operating across the UK.

Distances
The local towns of Torre Pacheco and Los Alcazares are a mere 5 min drive, whilst the wonderful historic cities of Murcia and Cartagena with there shops, bars and restaurants are reached in 20 mins.

Further details
The resort has a large communal pool with free use of its sun loungers, and is flanked by its restaurants, bars and evening entertainment. There is also a supermarket, Bank and Medical centre. The newly opened 5 star Intercontinental Hotel has a luxurious spa and a choice of restaurants that can be enjoyed by our guests.
