Entrance to villa is gated with enough parking for a boat and several cars within. The garden circles the whole villa with many patio areas and a covered seating area in garden overlooking pool. The pool has an outside shower. There is also an outside toilet. A complete shower room with hot water situated on the back terrace. A covered area in the back garden with built-in BBQ. Garden and pool furniture included.

Nearest local beach 2/3 mins walk. There are many lovely coves and beaches within walking distance.

L'Escala is a great base for all types of holidays, whether it is sunbathing, snorkeling, diving, sailing, windsurfing, walking, golfing, birdwatching, touring, eating and drinking or just simply relaxing. There are many dive centres in L'Escala for those keen divers, trips out to the Isles of Medes - diving superb.
