The air conditioned property is beautifully situated with a patio/garden overlooking the 3rd fairway, complete with lake and waterfall. Internally the property has been furnished to a high standard with marble floors, limestone bathrooms and good quality furniture. The master bedroom is fitted with a king size bed, built in wardrobes and a good size balcony. Bedroom two has twin beds, built in wardrobes and a further balcony. The property is built on two levels with a four piece bathroom suite upstairs and a further shower room downstairs. The fully furnished kitchen includes dishwasher, oven/hob, fridge freezer, Microwave and a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer. The living room is furnished with two leather sofas, dining table and chairs, TV and DVD player, plus iPod dock. The patio has a table and chairs with 4 sunloungers and direct access from the garden to the infinity pool.

10 minute drive to nearest beach of Vera which has 8km of blue flag white sand beaches. Along coastline to Garrucha, beach, fishing village and port, then Mojacar with plenty of bars and restaurants, fabulous beaches, and all the usual watersports.

The stunning Jose Canales designed Valle Del Este golf complex is one of the most beautiful golf courses in Europe. It is based on a desert style with challenging and memorable holes, that you will talk about in the 19th hole as a course to remember. The complex has a comprehensive driving range with mist to keep you cool on those hot sunny days! There is also a short game area and putting green. Almeria airport 45 mins drive. Straightforward journey along motorway. Murcia airport just over 1 hour drive. Alicante approx 2 hour drive. Car hire preferable to make the most of surrounding areas.

Vera, Garrucha, Mojacar, Villaricos all approx 10 - 15 mins drive for beaches, shopping bars, restaurants, water sports.
Moorish village of Mojacar, few Km away with steep and winding cobbled streets and whitewashed buildings.
Skiing, approx 2 hour drive to Sierra Nevada.

Booking notes
Payment is accepted in pounds sterling or euros. When you make a booking, a deposit of 25% (by cheque) is required to secure your reservation. The balance is to be paid at least 8 weeks before your arrival date. Damages, a returnable deposit of £150 must be paid by the hirer on a separate cheque at the time of paying the final balance. Payment for any damages, breakages or missing inventory items, i.e. loss of key, will be deducted from the damages deposit.
Guest comments
The property is right on the golf course, a joy for Jim who is a keen golfer. The house was immaculate and luxurious.
We originally bookd for 2 weeks but have extended to 4, only moving on as it is booked beyond that date.
We would recommend this home to anyone, no matter how high their standards may be. Jim and Betty Fox - Nov 2007.
