Nearest shops, bars and restaurants are within a 10 minute walk (one bar/restaurant within a few hundred yards). La Marina has everything you would need including open air markets, supermarkets, banks, chemists etc and buses provide easy access to larger towns such as Benidorm (1 hour), Alicante (20 minutes) and Torrevieja (20 minutes).

Changeover days are flexible depending on availablilty.

Notes on accommodation
Hot and cold air-conditioning. Very well equipped with kitchen utensils, crockery, glasses, cups etc. Cot/high chair available on request.
Outside
Small communal pool inside safe gated area. Private roof terrace with sunbeds and furniture. Front patio area with garden furniture. All terraces have tables and chairs. Free use of 4 adult size bikes.
Coast/Beach
Nearest beaches are 5-10 minutes by car or approximately 20 minutes if you use the two bicycles supplied free of charge by the owners.
Golf
Several excellent golf courses within half hour radius. Nearest is a five minute drive away in Rojales.
Travel
Alicante airport is approximatey 15-20kms (20 minutes). Murcia airport is approx 30kms (40 minutes) by car.
Car hire is recommended to appreciate the area but not essential.
Distances
Benidorm is one hour drive away. We recommend a visit to the port area of Alicante which also has many appealing large shopping centres. The downhill mountain bike ride is also recommended.
Further details
The nearest square with supermarket, bars, restaurants, banks etc is 2 mins by car, 5 mins by bicycle, 10 minute walk.
Booking notes
Bookings will be held for 7 days awaiting receipt of deposit. A £100 non-refundable deposit must be paid on booking. The balance is payable 8 weeks prior to departure. Late bookings should be accompanied by full payment.
