Delightful three bedroom house (2 double 1 twin) house situated on a quiet private gated complex with use of communal pool. Beach only 10 minutes walk away and bars and restaurants only around the corner. Alicante only 15-20 minute drive away with great shopping, many bars and wonderful marina. Nearest town of Santa Pola 5 minutes away with many facilities. Air conditioned throughout with hot and cold units, garden and terrace and upstairs balcony. Digital TV with all UK channels. Benidorm with its Water Park and Theme Park Terra Miticia only 30 minutes away. Torrevieja is also only 30 minutes away. Many championship Golf courses 10 - 30 minutes drive away. The house is a non smoking house, but smoking is allowed on the terrace only please.

Notes on accommodation
House is fully alarmed and grill security. Air conditioning units in front room and both upstairs bedrooms are dual control - hot and cold, also gas heater and radiators available for winter lets.

Outside
Downstairs patio has table and 6 chairs, south facing so get sun most of day. Upstairs patio has cloths dryer, 2 x sun loungers and smaller table with 4 chairs.

Coast/Beach
Beach with sunbeds and parasols for hire and beach bar only 10 min flat walk away, (easier in car only 2 mins!).

Golf
Alenda Golf is located on the Alicante - Madrid road, just 20 mins away. Alicante Golf has 6 par 5's, par 4's and par 3's, this Ballesteros designed course, which is a course located near to the beach is just 25 minutes away. El Plantio Golf is the only one in the region that has 2 golf courses, an 18 hole and 9 hole and is just 10 mins away. The Bonalba course is located in the mountains overlooking the Mediterranean. Villa Martin, La Campoamor and the challenging Los Ramblos, La finca (near Algorfo) are all only 30 mins away. Tee times can be booked proir to your holiday, information can be given.

Travel
Alicante airport 10 mins away. Murcia airport 40 mins away.
Car hire recommended but not essential, airport transfers can be orgainised at small charge.

Distances
Alicante 15-20 min away. Benidorm 30-40 mins away. Torrevieja 30 mins away.

Further details
Many supermarkets including Mercadona only minutes drive away, one small minimarket just round corner as are a good selection bars and restaurants.

Booking notes
£50 deposit non refundable when booking, full payment due 6 weeks prior to departure. An £80 security cheque is required against any damage that may occur whilst you are renting our house, this will be returned to you on receipt of keys back and confirmation that house has been left in good order
50 euro cleaning charge to be left on departure. If you require a mid stay change of linen/towels 25 euros extra and if you would like a mid stay full clean 25 euros extra.
