Beautiful modern villa in Calpe, Costa Blanca, Spain. The villa which was build only five years ago, is finished to a high standard and offers a lovely view over the mountains. The many beaches, bars and restaurants are a pleasant walk or short drive away and the central location of this villa provides an ideal base for visiting the theme parks and attractions of Benidorm which is 20 minutes away by car or by bus from the centre of Calpe.

Changeover day
Saturday changeover. Arrival 5 pm and departure by 10 am to enable cleaning to be carried out for the next guests. There will be someone there to meet and greet you. Arrangements can be made for late arrivals.

Notes on accommodation
The villa has a small air conditioner in the living area with fans in the bedrooms. Also gas central heating for chillier winter nights.

Terrace and private pool which is 8 x 4 metres. There is also a roof terrace and a BBQ. We provide outdoor table and chairs and sun loungers.
Coast/Beach
The many beaches, bars and restaurants are a pleasant walk or short drive away. For further information, a good website to visit is www.comunitatvalenciana.com just click on Calpe. It is even possible to view the seafront of Calpe by webcam!
Special interest holidays
It is possible (most of the year) to visit the nature park of Calpe's Rock of Ifach, the top of the rock can be reached up a zigzagging track that rewards you with a fantastic panoramic view over the entire Marina Alta coastline. Also walking around the Algar waterfalls and swimming in the natural pools and falls is particularlly nice on hot days.
Aqualandia(water park), Mundomar(Marine & exotic animal park), Terra Mitica(theme park) and Go-Karting are all within a 20 minutes drive.
Valley of Wine (Jalon Valley) is 15km away, drive through lovely countryside and it is possible to visit two Bodegas, where they encourage you to sample the local wine.
An arts and craft fair is held in the Old Town of Calpe everyday (except Mondays) from June - September with frequent live street entertainment. A large Saturday market runs throughout the year.
Travel
Nearest airport is Alicante (40 minutes away). The airport of Valencia is about an hours drive north of Calpe.
Car hire is available locally from £100 per week.
Booking notes
30% deposit required to secure booking with the balance due 8 weeks before departure. A breakage deposit of £150 is also payable 2 weeks before departure. This will be returned to you after the villa has been checked and cleared of damages.
Guest comments
Your villa is beautiful and very well appointed. It was lovely to spend time somewhere that had plenty of living space and storage. We were so content that we didn't leave during the day except to visit supermarkets. We ate in lovely restaurants in the evenings. We were very grateful to have the TV & Dvd's to keep the children out of the midday sun. The washing machine & dishwasher were invaluable. All in all a very enjoyable holiday.
