Winter bookings of 4 weeks and over, will receive a 20% discount. Changeover days are Saturdays, but where possible we will be flexible.

Bedrooms: Bedroom 1 with double bed, and its own terrace, leading to two further roof terraces. This area attracts the sunshine late into the evening providing fantastic sunsets.
Bedroom 2 has twin beds leading out to it's own terrace.
Bedroom 3 has twin beds.
Bathrooms: Large family bathroom with bath, shower, WC, and bidet.
Separate wc downstairs.
Kitchen: Spacious kitchen with new appliances including dishwasher, cooker, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, toaster and coffee maker and all cooking utensils and crockery.
Living Rooms: Spacious and airy open plan living room with 37 inch LED TV with HDPVR, DVD player and CD hifi system, ipad & ipod connectivity. Large dining area complete with dining table seating eight people. Terrace with glass topped dining table and fantastic views.

When you arrive the propertywill be freshly cleaned and serviced with the beds made and a supply of freshly laundered towels will be provided. For stays of more than one week linens and towels will be replaced weekly with freshly laundered items.

Outside
Several sunbathing terraces provide sun all day long and the shaded terrace is ideal for al fresco dining. There is a large selection of loungers, tables and chairs etc. The shared pool is open from May until October.

Coast/Beach
A 7 minute walk down to Burriana Beach, the main 'blue-flag' beach in Nerja. Numerous bars and restaurants plus a small supermarket on the beachfront. 10 minute walk into the centre of town.

Golf
Two Golf Courses (Anoretta and Baveira) within 30 minutes drive, with special reduiced rates from May until September.

Skiing
The ski slopes are approx 2 hours away at Sierra Nevada. The snow is usually good throughout the season.

Travel
Malaga is the nearest airport, a 45 minute drive, with motorway access to within a mile of the town. We recommend having a car available, as there are plenty of local excursions, but it is not essential.

Distances
Two miles from the fishing village of Maro with the Nerja Caves, five miles from the restored Roman mountain village of Frigiliana and two hours from Granada and the famous Alhambra Palace.

Further details
A very popular resort, readily accessible from Malaga and its international airport, with motorway access to within a mile of the town centre. Nestling on the foothills of the mountains, the old town, with its narrow vehicle restricted cobbled streets, offers a more relaxed holiday from that found in the more fashionable resorts of the Costa del Sol. The most well known beach, Burriana, has been given a 'Q' special award blue flag, one of only six in Spain. With other small picturesque beaches, the famous 'Balcon de Europa' promenade, numerous small shops, bars and restaurants, plus its wonderful all year round climate, Nerja has something for everyone, especially families and the more mature holidaymaker. However, there are some fairly steep roads and walkways, so it may not be suitable for those with walking or breathing difficulties.
