The villa stands in a 400m square plot, is built on one level and consists of a living-dining area with open chimney and sofa bed available, open plan kitchen, main bedroom with a double bed and dressing room and en suite. The second bedroom has double bed and private bathroom with WC and shower. There is a separate storage room. Outside the plot is completely enclosed, the garden is laid and there is a private pool and garage for one car. The villa has air conditioning for summer and radiators on walls for winter. A satellite TV system is installed. The kitchen has cooker, hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, and microwave. For outside cooking there is a brick barbeque. The area has an endless supply of good retaurants. Leisure activities in tha area include golf, shooting, wind surfing, diving, horse riding and cycling. Nearby Denia has good shops, a Castle and Marina with lovely fish restaurants. The surrounding mountains provide stunning scenery.

Changeover day
Changeover days are flexible but during popular months this may have to change. Clients will be informed of any fixed days of arrival when they ring to check availability.

Clean linen is provided along with a bath and hand towel per person. The villa will be cleaned and made ready before each clients arrive and can be cleaned again and linen and towels changed after the first week of the clients stay if requested. |

Outside
The plot is completely enclosed and has a garden area, a private unheated pool 8mx4m, a naya to sit and eat under or get shade from the sun. Outside table and chairs four sun beds and a brick barbeque.
Coast/Beach
The nearest beaches are an 8 minutes walk away. One is a pebble beach and has three restaurants overlooking the sea.
The other has white sand and has a bar on it with beds and sofas to sit on.
Golf
La Sella and Oliva golf courses about a 20 minute drive away.
Travel
The nearest airport is Alicante airport and is 1 and a quarter hours drive away from the villa. Car hire is recommended and is cheap and easy to book.
Distances
The town of Denia is 10 minutes drive away, Benidorm is about 35 minutes drive away and here you will find shopping centres, Theme parks and a Water park. Altea is about 20 minutes drive away and has an old Spanish quarter worth visiting.
Further details
There are two supermarkets within walking distance and several restaurants and bars also within walking distance. The banks are located in Denia.
Booking notes
To book the villa ring 0115 9655150 to double check availability. A 25% deposit will be required to secure the booking and the full payment two months before arrival. A refundable bond of £200 will also be required to cover any damage done to the property during the clients stay. If there is no damage the bond will be refunded in full.
