Located in the quiet unspoilt village of Acequias, this newly renovated house provides the opportunity to spend time in a comfortable, relaxed setting surrounded by stunning views of the Sierra Nevada Mountains and Lecrin Valley. Deliveries of fresh bread, cakes and fish are made to the village each day. A 20 minute scenic walk takes you to the neighbouring village of Niguelas where several tapas bars await you. Shops, banks, garages, restaurants and bars can be found just 5 minutes drive away in both Lecrin and Durcal. The beautiful city of Granada together with its Alhambra Palace takes 25 minutes, with the ski slopes of the Sierra Nevada a further 25. Llanjarron, gateway town to the Alpujarran region, is only quarter of an hour, and the coast in the shape of the white village of Salobrena, takes half an hour.

Coast/Beach
30mins drive to Costa Tropical beaches such as Salobrena.
Golf
Motril 9 hole course 30 mins. Granada Club de Golf at Armilla 18 hole course 20 mins. New course now open : Santa Clara Golf 10 mins.
Travel
Car hire essential. Special 15% discount available on car-hire to guests arriving at Granada or Malaga airports. Granada airport 35 mins. Malaga airport 1.45 hour. Almeria airport 2 hour.
Distances
Nigueles shops and bars 5 mins car / 25 mins walk. Lecrin shops, banks, bars, restaurants 5 mins car. Durcal shops, banks, bars, restaurants 5 mins car. Llanjaron Alpujarras 15 mins. Granada Alhambre etc 30 mins. Sierra Nevada ski resort 55 mins car.

Ideal location for walking in the Sierra Nevadas and Alpujarra's with easy access to the mountains and GR7. Horse riding available locally. Waterparks at Granada and Almunecar.
Booking notes
25% of price as deposit to book, with remainder paid 4 weeks prior to departure. Winter bookings plus £20 for bedroom radiators. Logs for the woodburner can be purchased at local garage. Breakages must be paid for or replaced.
