Outside
The outside of the property has a 2 areas for relaxation. The newly constructed rear terrace consists of stunning patio area, garden furniture and BBQ with wonderful views for alfresco dining. The area is completely child friendly with lockable gate, protected by a wall and is very secluded. The front offers a beautiful naya overlooking tropical gardens and mountains to the right of the property. Garden furniture included in both front and rear of the property.
Coast/Beach
The villa and located within a 2 min drive or 15 minute walk from the Moriara beach and the town.
Golf
There are golf courses within a 5 min drive. Full listings can be provided on request.
Special interest holidays
Many sports are catered for around the area including water sports, diving, tennis, riding, cycling walking and of course golf. Lots of golf courses practically on doorstep.
Travel
Alicante and Valencia airports are both 1 and 1.15 hours drive respectively.

Moraira 2 mins drive; Jávea 20 mins drive; Dénia 30 mins drive. Inland: within 30 mins drive you can explore the mountains and local villages, including the famous Guadalest. Terra Mitica, Aqualandia and Safari Parks are all within a 30 min drive.
