Outside
Small garden to the rear, sun terrace (upstairs) with table/chairs. Ground floor terrace with patio furniture (all furniture - new).
Coast/Beach
15 minutes (by car) to the glorious, endless white sands of Guardamar Beach. There are busy "cosmopolitan" areas, but also secluded and tranquil areas - even in the high season.
Golf
The house is on the famous "La Finca" 18 hole championship golf course at Algorfa, visit www.golflafinca.com - to see why the plan is to get the Spanish Open to La Finca in a few years time (not agreed yet!) - Additionally the Villamartin, Las Ramblas, Campamoar "loop" is within 20-30 minutes and of course "La Manga" only 45 minutes away!
Travel
Alicante Airport is closest (20 minutes) but San Javier (Murcia) Airport is just 30 minutes away in the other direction. Car Hire is recommended.
Distances
Spanish village, Algorfa, is a few mins drive. Torrevieja is the major tourist town and is 15 mins away by car. Ciudad Quesada is much smaller, but very lively and less than 10 mins drive. It's vibrant and has many different restaurants and bars.
