Casa Lillotte villa is situated in a picturesque hillside setting with its own private pool (heating available), and enjoys unique panoramic views of mountains and the sea, fully air conditioned. The village is a short distance away and boasts many pleasant traditional style Spanish restaurants and tapas bars. There is a beach at Torrox Costa, a few minutes drive away, and just 10 minutes by car you can reach the delightful town of Nerja and sample its wonderful shops, restaurants and beaches.

There are 2 spacious terraces and from both you can enjoy the pleasant views while you relax. The 1st terrace has a lockable gate to prevent children getting to the second terrace and swimming pool when/if the pool is unsupervised. A private swimming pool measuring 8x4m (heating available), and is surrounded by a 3rd terrace. The pool-side patio benefits from a dedicated barbecue area with bar, sink and fridge facilities. A range of loungers, patio furniture, accessories and lighting provides everything you need to enjoy this area to the full - day or night. You will also find an outside shower adjacent to the pool area. There is ample parking outside the vlla.

Coast/Beach
Torrox Costa - 5 minutes by car. There is another beach nearby at Nerja (10 minutes away by car).

Golf
The nearest 18 hole golf course is a 15 minute car journey away.

Travel
Malaga airport is 40 minutes by car.
Car hire can be arranged by us using a local company.

Local activites include cycling, fishing, horse riding, mountain biking, sailing, swimming, tennis, walking, water skiing, wind-surfing.

Booking notes
Bookings are taken on a Sunday to Sunday basis. We require a non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total rental price at the time of booking and payment of the balance is required no later than 8 weeks prior to departure. A week's rental of Casa Lillotte is based on arrival time from 4pm Sunday, to a prompt departure of 10.00am Sunday.A damage deposit of £300 is payable with your balance, this is refunable on your return providing there has been no damage.

Over the last couple of months we filmed 6 episodes of the TV series 'Life Without Me' in this fantastic villa. Everyone loved the house, pool and its brilliant location, thanks so much to Katie & family for their help and assistance,Independent Production Crew,Ireland. Oct 08 'Thanks a million for letting us rent your wonderful villa Katie. A wondrous respite from London and a heaven sent opportunity for us to recharge our batteries. The sun shone, the pool was fab, the locals were friendly and we much look forward to returning and to telling all our friends about the magical charms of Casa Lillotte. Edward and Nina.
