Quiet location but close enough to all local amenities. 30 minute drive from Alicante and Mucia airports. 10 minute drive to blue flag beaches of Guardamar and Torrevieja and Marquesa golf course. Local Supermarket at Dona Pepe just 5 mins drive or 20 min walk, well stocked with excellent butchery and bakery sections. Cafes, bars, ice cream parlor, restaurants, bank, internet cafe and post office all within same area.

Changeover day
Friday to Friday. Villa available from 2pm. Departure by 10am.

| Other: | All bedrooms and lounge have air conditioning giving both cold and hot air -ceiling fans are in all bedrooms together with free standing fans. Fire extinguisher and smoke detector situated in Lounge. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
Towels and linen are provided and included in the price. Departure clean included, as well as a mid-let clean and change of linen and towels for two week stay. Beach and pool towels are not included. No smoking policy inside Villa. |

Notes on accommodation
Welcome pack included in price with bread, butter, tea, milk, sugar, orange juice, eggs, jams, cereal, beer and cava. Cots and highchairs available for hire from our representative.
Intruder alarm fitted. Safe located in double bedroom including operating instructions.
Accessibility
Not suitable for disabled persons, no wheelchair access.
Outside
Well established gardens, garden and pool are maintained on a weekly basis. Swimming pool 24' x 12' depth 1.2 - 1.4 metres. Large patio area with 6 sun loungers, large awning can be pulled across to give shade. BBQ, patio table and chairs as well as terrace table and chairs. Secure and private gardens with high walls and gates.
Coast/Beach
10 mins drive to beaches and towns of Guardamar and Torrevieja. Blue flag beach at Guardamar with lifeguards on duty, very safe beach for young children where you can enjoy a nice lunch or snacks along the promenade. Guardamar also has a park which runs alongside the sand dunes, and a really lovely marina.
Golf
Marquesa Golf Course located in Quesada. See our website for direct links to all local courses.
Travel
30 mins drive from Alicante and Mercia airports. Car hire is recommended but not essential, good taxi service available. We can also arrange airport transfers to the villa, where our English representative will be there to meet and greet our guests.
Distances
15 mins to Almoradi (fantastic Saturday market). Santa Pola only 20 mins away, lovely beach and fishing port. Its the place to buy freshly caught fish. Guadalest and the Jalon Valley approx 1.5 hours drive through fantastic scenery.
Further details
Go karting at Guardamar, local markets within 10 mins drive - large Carrefour supermarket at Torrevieja, Habernaros shopping centre, adjacent to Carrefour, shops, restaurants, play areas for the kiddies, cinema, ten pin bowling.

Booking notes
£100 per week deposit with balance 8 weeks before departure. £100 security deposit taken with balance for any breakages or damage, this is refunded 8 days after departure. Cheques are also accepted. Written confirmation will be provided for both deposit and balances.
