Monte Paraiso is a gated and guarded exclusive community, this secluded property is set in beautifully maintained lush tropical gardens surrounded by manicured lawns and five swimming pools. In the high season the main pool is attended by a life guard from 10am until six pm. There is a gymnasium complex with sauna and steam and heated indoor pool and jacuzzi. High season the clubhouse and bar are open from 10am to 5.30 pm daily for poolside drinks and light meals. Changeover day is flexible, also arrival and departure times are not rigid.

| Bedrooms: | Each bedroom has a king size bed.The second or third bed can be made as two singles as required.The linen, along with every thing else is of the highest quality. All bedrooms have spacious fitted wardrobes. |

| Living Rooms: | The beautifully furnished huge lounge and dining area are combined. There are two x 3 seater sofas and one x 2 seater. The dining table seats 6. The TV set-up includes full Sky satellite package and DVD player. |

| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
Towels and linen are included and changed twice weekly. Washer and dryer are also available. |
Notes on accommodation
Even though this apartment is exceptionally luxurious, it is also extremely homely, with hot and cold air conditioning.
The 2 terraces are spacious, one of which is set up for to accomodate up to 6 people for dinner.
The other has a magnificent onyx and marble coffee table with cushioned wicker furniture, both of which are very private.
Young children are welcome, babes in arms also as there is a cot and highchair available.

Accessibility
This apartment is on the ground floor and has a double door entrance to the lobby. Wheelchair access is also possible.
Outside
The gardens are tropical and beautifully kept, the patios poolside are shaded and furnished. One of the five pools is indoor and heated all year and freely available for the enjoyment of the guests of the complex. There is poolside service with food and drinks available in the high season. Coast/Beach
It is a 5 min walk to the beach in front of the Marbella Club and Puente Romano hotels, though my preference would be to drive.
Golf
The top golf courses of the Costa del Sol are all within a few mins drive.
Rio Real Golf, Marbella Golf and Santa Clara. Within 10 minute drive: Santa Maria, Elviria Hills (9 hole) Cabopino. within 20 minute drive: La Cala golf resort, El Soto de Marbella, Los Noranjos, Las Brisas, La Quinta, Aloha, Dame de Noche (9 holes) and Mijas golf resort.

Travel
Malaga airport is approx 40 mins. Car hire is recommended.
Distances
Marbella town with its quaint shops and pavement cafes are a 5 min drive. The historic mountain towns of Ronda, Coin and Monda with its natural spa are all within a 45 minute drive.
Aqua Parks, Safari Parks are all within 15 to 25 minutes of this apartment.
Further details
This apartment is situated on Marbellas "Golden Mile" it is central to all the amenities Marbella has to offer. The huge shopping centre of La Canada is nearby with its designer shops and supermarkets all under one air conditioned roof.
Booking notes
50% of the total cost of your stay secures reservation this is refundable up to eight weeks before occupancy when the balance plus a security deposit of 500euros will be due.

Sorry it has taken me so long to write this. I want to express our thanks to you for being a womderful host and let you know how much we enjoyed our holiday.
Monte Paraiso is an oasis of calm only minutes from the bustle of both Puerto Banus and Marbell old town. It suited our idea of relaxing by day and sampling all that Marbell restaurant have to offer by night perfectly We had a fabulous time with our three young children and my parents and we did not want to leave at the end. The apartment was so well equipped and luxurious it was truly as much of a joy to be indoors as it was to be in the wonderful gardens.
The gardens and pool are second to none (we have been coming to Marbella for 6 years) and we felt very secure on the complex.
In addition to all of the wonderful owners we met whilst lazing by the pool we were safely guarded by the wonderful Alfonzo the Lifegaurd who gave us peace of mind and was very kind and supportive of all the children.
