A practical seven roomed house with studio complex across the patio. It has telephone and Internet link included. The wood is free for the winter fire which makes the evenings delightful. In the summer eating out in the patio is an other luxury, the kitchen opens onto the patio as it does to the breakfast area. It is in the old quarter of the village with a two minute walk to shops, doctors, church, village pool and 20 mins from a golf course. There are easy walks from the house with spectacular views. (Three bicycles available). The climate is generally dry which makes it very pleasant living. The house is full of tourist information: maps, routes, restaurants etc. I am pleased to help with preplanning of the holiday if requested so one doesn't waist time on arrival. The price includes the typical breakfast: coffee, fresh bread with local olive oil and tomato and or garlic. (Don't worry there will orange juice, various cereals, jams and marmalades etc)

| Bathrooms: | En suite bathroom with shower, bidet etc for bedrooms 1 and 3. Bedroom 2 has its own bathroom next to it. The house has hairdryers and standby heaters/fans if needed. The hot water is abundant. |
| Kitchen: | Fridge, hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, knives and gadgets. |
| Utility Room: | Washing machine and clothes dryer are in the garage next to the kitchen. |
| Living Rooms: | Living room: 1 sofa (bed), 2 armchairs, library, TV, DVD, video breakfast area is part of the living room, as it is big. A table for six people comfortably. A range of table games. |
| Other: | The patio has space to sit or sun bath, a computer is available, all rooms have TV and internet access (wireless). The pool is equiped with a swim against current machine. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
Towels and linen are provided; the house is cleaned every three days with a change of linen etc. A maid service can be arranged, the same with cooking. |

Accessibility
The ground floor and the single bedroom suite is suitable for wheel chairs.
Outside
The patio has garden furniture. The solarium has a shower. Dinners of 12 have often been held in the patio.
Coast/Beach
Montril beach is approx 90mins. Rivers and lakes suitable for swimming are within an hour.
Golf
The nearest golf course is "La Garza" in Linares which is 20mins away.
Special interest holidays
Painting classes by the internationally known portrait painter from who the house takes its theme can be arranged.
English or spanish classes as well.
Travel
Granada has daily flights and is an hour away, Malaga is two hours, both by car that can be hired from these airports.
Trains and buses link Granada, Malaga and Madrid. The station is 10mins by car, cars can be hired too from there. Madrid is three hours by car or train.
Distances
The house is in the centre of the village. From the village it is 3mins to Baeza, 10mins to Ubeda, 15/20mins to Linares or Jaen. 60mins to Bailen, Andujar or the natural park of Carzola or Sierra Magna. Apart from these well known tourist spots there are many small villages which each are worth a visit: a spa village, castles or examples of Arabic or renaissance architecture.
Further details
The area has everything a modern person would need yet the life is still very old fashioned: the coffee shop, the local bar the weekly market the daily village market. Baeza has two of Spain's best restaurants. Ubeda has a charming one set in a cave below the fortified walls of the old part. The village of Sabiote with it's huge castle has a charming and very complete weekly market. The action sports available.
