The villa is situated in a small urbanization called 'Buenavista'. This is 4km from Moraira and 6km from Calpe. The villa itself is set back in a small cul de sac so is very secure for children. We have installed gates on each access so toddlers can be kept in the desired areas. The area is called the garden of Spain and is truly relaxing and peaceful. The world health organisation has proclaimed that the Moraira, Javea and Denia peninsula known as the Marina Alta has 'one of the most environmentally perfect climates in the world.' The village itself with its picturesque marina and daily markets, the quaint churches, squares and back streets bursting with shops, bars, wonderful restaurants and markets still retaining their Spanish character are some of the many reasons why so many people choose to settle in this area amongst their welcoming Spanish and Cosmopolitan neighbours.

Prices are for the property per week in UK Pounds. We do accept long term lets. Please contact for details.
Changeover day
Change over days are Saturdays. We respectfully request you leave the villa by 10am to allow the cleaners to get the villa cleaned. Arrival time is 2pm on Saturday.

The property is cleaned and maintained on changeover days. Towels are provided. Beach towels are available as well. For extra towels there is a charge. The villa is cleaned on changeover days. If extra cleaning is required there is a charge. |
Notes on accommodation
We have installed stair gates for children. There are gates to the pool area as well. All bedrooms and both lounges have air conditioning. There is central heating which is run off oil.

Outside
There is a private pool with a fantastic barbeque next to it. There is also a small area below the property where children could play. The house is in a cul de sac therefore extremely safe for children to play and very peaceful for all.
Coast/Beach
There are several beaches nearby. One is 5 mins walk but the best ones are about 10 mins drive.
Golf
There are many courses nearby to the villa. Especially La Sella Golf Club for the more experienced players and Javea for those looking for fun. For a very challenging round visit the gold courses near Terra Mitica. Both courses are fantastic. El Sayer Golf course is near Valencia and is ranked number 2 in Spain. An exceptional test of golf. Near Alicante is Bonalba and Alicante golf course which are both enjoyable.
Special interest holidays
Very nearby is Terra Mitica which is a great day for both children and adults. There are several beaches within 15 mins drive with the nearest one being 5 minutes walk. Taking a drive up into the mountains is also a good experience as the views are fantastic. Moraira and Calpe are within 10 mins drive of the villa.
Travel
Nearest airports are Valencia and Alicante and are approx the same distance to the villa. It is around 85km or 45 mins drive. It is advisable to hire a car.
Distances
Both Moraira and Calpe are around 10 mins drive. There are also a number of small towns nearby with unique attractions. Valencia is about an hour and so is Alicante. For those wanting nightlife Benidorm is approximately 30 mins by car.
Further details
At the bottom of the hill there is a supermarket. A larger supermarket (Pepe La Sel) is a 5 minute drive and has absolutely everything. Within a 10 minute drive ther eis over 100 restaurants of all choices.
Booking notes
In order to reserve the villa a 25% deposit is required. Full payment is expected 8 weeks before arrival. Keys to the villa are then dispatched.
