Villa La Florretta a beautiful charming villa situated in a quiet cul de sac, close to the heart of Moraira. The air conditioned villa has 3 bedrooms. It is tastefully furnished with a contemporary look throughout and benefits from an extensive patio area with a large 12x8m pool with roman end, beautiful garden and sea views. The villa is only a few hundred metres from a small coastline beach and several restaurants, supermarket and bars are close by. A 10 minute walk away is the small town of Moraira, known as the ‘jewel in the crown’ of the Costa Blanca which boasts it’s own marina, blue flag beaches and a wide selections of quality restaurants.

Sorry no pets. Air-conditioning costs included for normal use but reserve right to charge at cost if left on day and night (readings will be taken).
Outside
Extendable blinds/awnings over front of house to provide shade, on terrace is a table with 6 chairs. Also stone table with 4 chairs by BBQ. Table and 6 chairs is also provided on 2nd floor balcony terrace so there is no shortage of seats to sit and admire the lovely sea views or the beautiful garden. Large pool 12x8m with Roman steps at shallow end and 6 sun loungers to enjoy the lovely sun and sea air, no need to go further if you don’t want to!
Coast/Beach
Sandy beaches are next to Moraira town a 10 min walk, 2 mins walk from villa is a rocky beach of Andrago with bar and wonderful views of Moraira town, a further 4 min walk will bring you to a small sandy beach with restaurant and bar, before you reach main beach and Moraira town.
Golf
There are several golf courses within easy driving distance. The best according to my golf mad husband is La Sella information can be supplied so that you can book before you leave UK.
Travel
Alicante airport is about 50 mins drive and car hire is easy details of agents can be supplied, car hire is recommended though not essential. Valencia airport is about 1 hour 15 mins drive.
Distances
There are several larger towns nearby, Javea, Calpe and Denia are only between 30 - 40 mins drive and offer bars, beaches and restaurants and historical places of interest to visit. Terra Mitica and Aqualandia Water Park are near Benidorm a 30 min drive away.
Further details
Moraira, once a small fishing village is now a sophisticated small town with many lovely and varied restaurants to suit the independent holidaymaker. On Fridays the large popular market sells everything from good fruit and vegetables to bargain leather goods and clothes. Many sports are catered for, including water sports sailing, diving, tennis, riding and golf. There is a supermarket 6 mins walk from villa and several larger supermarkets a 5 min drive away.
Booking notes
25% non refundable deposit at time of booking. The balance plus a refundable damage deposit is due 8 weeks before rental date. A refundable deposit of £200 will be required and will be refunded on receipt of keys subject to our management team report of no losses or damage. It is advisable to take out comprehensive holiday insurance to cover all your party at the time of booking in case you have to cancel. If you wish to book, your dates will be held for 1 week to allow for arrival of deposit.
