Ground Apartment Lounges

The facilities within the apartments are well kept, clean and coordinated. Sky TV available. Cots and highchairs must be requested and there will be a small charge. Further details outdoors: The pool and the tennis court is within a few steps of each apartment. The pool is well maintained and cleaned daily with the availability of a BBQ and sunloungers, tables chairs and shower facilities, for those long sunny evenings. Within a two minute walk is the Indalo Club of Bowls and within a short drive you can access golf and many other sports facilities. For those divers or those wishing to ‘try dive’, we have an on site Divemaster associated to one of the Leading Dive Schools in Mojacar. Training for any dive courses or experiences would be held here on site in our second private pool, followed by further training in open water. Boat dives and shore dives are available to be booked at anytime for qualified divers.

Notes on prices
Prices are per apartment per week in euros, converted to sterling if required upon date of booking. Note that prices may be subject to change at the owner's discretion. Please note special rates for Christmas week. Less than 7 days Pro Rota plus 10%. Cots and highchairs must be requested and there will be a small charge.

Air conditioning hot and cold. Ceiling fans and bedside lights, alarm clock, Sky free to air TV, DVDs available on-site.

Outside
New shared pool 8x4 with dolphin feature tiling, built November 2006. Private gardens and walls, beautiful patio with many features. BBQ. Sun loungers, chairs and tables. The most spectacular views in the whole of Mojacar. There is a backdrop of mountains at every view from all terraces and the pool. On-site tennis court, outdoor pool, outside shower. Access to secure parking.

Coast/Beach
Driving distance to nearest beach 12km, Gurrucha or Mojacar playa. There are many private secluded beaches within 15m. Many naturist beaches within a similar distance.

Golf
Golf Mecca for the golfer there are many spectacular courses within easy driving distance the nearest being the Cortijo Grande Golf Course (5 min drive). Mojacar and the surrounding area is Southern Spain’s best kept secret, with 4 golf courses, 2 within 5 mins drive and at least 4 more planned,

Skiing
Sierra Nevada 2 hours from Finca Morena.

Special interest holidays
On-site dive masters are readily available for training in the second private owner’s pool on-site. With association to one of Mojacar’s leading PADI Dive Schools with continuance of training in open water. On-site massage service available by qualified persons. On site private dance classes available by qualified persons.

Travel
Nearest travel links: Almeria airport 70km, railway 70km, ferry 70km. Fly to Almeria - Finca Morena is just 70km, 40 mins away easy motorway driving from Murcia, Granada and Alicante airport. Very easy access to the motorways from all airports. Cheap flights available from most airlines. Car hire can be arranged or a personal collection from the airport to Finca Morena.

Distances
Nearest village 3-5 mins Los Gallardos. There are many places to visit during your stay. The tourist information centre situated on the seafront will be able to provide details as required. The following, are only a selection of places of interest and things to do: Sorbas Caves, Aquapark at nearby Vera, the Alhambra Palace, Granada, Garrucha fishing village, local natural parks, pleasant drive through/scenery, Sierra Navada where you would amazed to find snow to ski.

Further details
There are a variety of bars, restaurants and shops along the seafront. Explore Mojacar village – the old town, with its narrow streets, charming Spanish character and eat/drink in one of the many quaint bars and restaurants. The village is a 15 min drive away. Although car hire is recommended to explore the area, there is a regular bus service along the sea front and up to the village. Taxis are also available. Cash machines and Banks within 3-5 min drive. Village has an array of Spanish shops, quaint and scattered within. Mojacar has all your requirements, just like home! Within 45 minutes you can visit Almeria City, many, many stores and supermarkets.

Booking notes
After initial enquiry and confirmation. Bank transfers into account to be paid in full if booking is less than 2 weeks of date of arrival or cheque payable for 25% deposit (non-refundable) and to pay the remaining balance of not later than 4 weeks before departure or cash after secured deposit upon arrival. We do not accept 4 adults, 2 adults and 2 children maximum.
