One of only 22 beautiful houses, a short walk from the beach and close to all local amenities. The house has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. One of the bedrooms is very large so it doubles as a playroom which has 2 single beds and a double sofa bed (great for the kids!). It has private parking with gates to both the property and the adjoining road, 2 sun terraces and a rooftop solarium with beautiful sea views. The quality of the property is fantastic with a fully fitted kitchen, digital satellite TV, DVD player, stereo and separate TV/video in the playroom - which also has a selection of toys and books. There are also patio tables and chairs on 2 of the sun terraces together with a barbecue. You can fly into either Murcia or Alicante airport.

Changeover day
The property is available from 3pm on the date of arrival and needs to be vacated by 10am on the date of departure - although if the property is empty we can be flexible, we just need to know so we can notify the cleaning team.

Notes on accommodation
This is a perfect house for families, couples, or golfing parties - we have 4 children so it has all the relevant kiddies entertainment/must haves! Place to play, great pool, toys and DVDs/Videos in a play area in the kids room. Plenty of space generally for large parties.

Outside
House looks over a private courtyard ideal for the children to play in and has its' own private driveway, this is ideal for BBQ and eating al fresco! Pool is shared with the other houses within the community - rarely full.
Coast/Beach
8 mins walk to beach - within 10 mins lots of other beaches - whole coast is a series of beaches with something for everyone dependent on what your preference is e.g. Rocky, sports, bars, fishing, unspoilt, kids play areas - you name it there will be one!
Golf
Las Ramblas, Campoamor and Villa Martin all within 15 mins drive, La Manga 45 mins away - lots of great golf.
Travel
Car hire is recommended.Alicante is 45 mins drive and Murcia 20 mins drive.
Distances
The nearest bars, shops and restaurants are a 5 minute walk. Torrevieja is the nearest town with a great marina, night market and fairground. There is also a water park and a local football team that we take the children to on a Sunday evening - great family entertainment.
Further details
We have recently discovered the Orihuela Costa Resort - 10 min drive from the house it has pools, gym, salon, tennis, basketball, area for the kids to play, bars and restaurants all for the hire of a sun lounger at 4 euros - great day out and easy parenting!
Booking notes
A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required to secure the booking, with the balance due 6 weeks prior to your stay. Failure to pay the residual amount will result in the property being re-advertised. Our preferred payment method is personal cheque although we can accept credit cards via PayPal if you are prepared to pay the 3.4% surcharge. A refundable bond of £150 is required before you arrive - this will be returned once our management company has confirmed there is no damage to the property.
