The villa has 5 good sized air-conditioned bedrooms with beds for 10 adults. It is situated on a large flat plot and is suitable for children. It is ideally situated whether you want a quiet or activity holiday. The villa although quiet it is just a short easy walk away (good roads and lighting) from the shops, beach, supermarkets and many restaurants. Notes on prices
Prices for June to early Sept (peak) are for the whole villa. Other rates are for main accommodation only (sleeps 6) (Sept to May). Add £200 per week to off peak rates to rent whole villa. The villa is never sub-let. A discount of £200 is available for two week bookings during the peak period. See our website for full details. Refundable £100 deposit required for breakages and misuse. Prices for Christmas and Easter peak periods on request. Services costs to be added to monthly Winter lets.
Changeover day
Saturday is our main changeover day but we can be flexible off peak for days and arrival and departure times. Normal arrival time 4pm. Departure time 10am.
| Bedrooms: | Master bedroom with double bed, hot and cold air-conditioning and en-suite shower room. Bedrooms 2 and 3 with twin beds and air-conditioning. Bedrooms 4 and 5 in the separate apartment with twin beds with hot and cold air-conditioning. |

Bath and hand towels supplied for each guest. The villa is cleaned and beds made with fresh linen on changeovers. Extra linen can be supplied (contact owner). The villa has a large washing machine. |

Notes on accommodation
Washing machine room outside for use of whole villa. Central heating for main villa and portable heaters for apartment. Air conditioning units in main villa bedroom and apartment lounge are also heaters. Secure garden suitable for children.
Outside
We have 2 terraces and a rooftop solarium. The garden is secluded and provides off road parking. The private sunbathing area around the large private swimming pool (8x4m) has ample room for the sun loungers and the gazebo provides a sheltered area for those not wanting too much sun. The villa is laid out so that at anytime of the day it is possible to choose between sun and shade. The ample garden furniture allows you to enjoy the garden and walled pool area in comfort.
Coast/Beach
The distance to the beach is 1km. It is an easy 10-15 minute walk. No parking charges anywhere in Albir, so you can park next to the beach for free, if you prefer not to walk.
Golf
There are 10 golf courses with 1 hour's drive of the villa. The nearest is about 10 mins. Look on our personal website for more details. The web address is listed on this site.
Travel
Car hire not essential. Alicante airport 42km. Beach and lovely Palm lined promenade 1km. Town Centre 500m. Nearest bar 400m.

Altea 3km (great sea side walk), Benidorm 6km.
Further details
We have 4 large top class supermarkets in easy walking distance, plus numerous local shops, banks, bars, cafe's, restaurants, hairdressers and beauticians. Also for emergencies a choice of chemists, dentists, doctors and most other forms of treatment.
Long Winter Lets. The rate quoted applies to the main accommodation only (sleeps 6). The service costs (Oil, Water and Elecricity) are payable in addition to the the rental amount.
Booking notes
We require a 20% deposit to secure the booking. The balance of your holiday price must be paid at least eight weeks before departure. If we do not receive the balance payable in full eight weeks before departure your booking will be cancelled and you will lose your deposit. If you book within ten weeks prior to departure this will be classed as a late booking and we must receive full payment before we can confirm your booking.
