Villa de Rosa is situated approximately 5km from the small village of Colmenar in the mountains. Yet only 40 minutes drive away from Malaga. Set in it's own 5000 sqm of olive and almond trees down a private track, with it's own secluded pool and spectacular mountain views and a lovely area for birdwatching ,walking and hiking. The villa is 8 years old and situated within easy reach of several of the regions white villages. The local village Colmenar has local shops, bars, banks and restaurants. The coast is a short drive away as are the Mountains of Malaga and El Torcal National Parks.

Changeover day
Preferable changeover days in July and August are Fridays, however we can be very flexible so please contact us for details. We arrange a meet and greet service for our guests on arrival (15€ payable locally).

The swimming pool is securely fenced off from the villa. There are maps and travel information of the Costal del Sol and surrounding areas provided for your use.

Patio area around pool and front of the villa. Brick built BBQ. Secluded private pool 4x8m. Sunbeds, chairs and patio furniture.
Coast/Beach
The beach at Torre del Mar is 40 mins drive away. Torremolinos and Fuengerola are also within driving distance.
Golf
There are local golf courses around the area.
Skiing
The Sierra Nevadas are a 2 hour drive away.
Travel
Nearest airport Malaga 30k. Car hire essential.

Colmenar has a selection of mini supermarkets, banks, butchers, bars and restaurants. Market day is Thursday.
