Prices for the property are per week in euros. Payment is in euros via credit card (plus 1.5% transaction charge), or international bank transfer. Pool heating is available on request and will be charged at euros 218 per week.
Changeover day
Friday to Friday in high and peak season. Flexible in low season. Check in not before 4pm check out by 10am.

Private pool 9m x 5m, with large terrace. 7 sunbeds, outdoor dining table and chairs, barbeque. Beautifully landscaped gardens surround the property including many citrus trees. Ample parking available on private gated driveway.
Coast/Beach
The villa is within walking distance of El Portet Beach approx 15 mins and its bars and restaurants. The town of Moraira is also a 15 min walk and here you will find the Yacht Club and Marina, shops, restaurants and bars.
Golf
Club de Golf Ifach in Moraira is a 9 hole par 60 course with a length of 3406m. Club de Golf Javea is a 9 hole par 72 course with a length of 5950m. Club de Golf La Sella in Denia is a 18 hole par 72 course with a length of 6289m. Club de Golf Oliva Nova is a 18 hole par 72 course with a length of 6270m; the course was designed by Sevi Ballesteros. All courses are between 10 and 45 minutes drive from the villa.
Travel
Alicante is the nearest airport approx 1 hours drive away, Valencia airport is also easily reached within 1 hour 30 mins and Murcia is 1 hour 45 mins. Car hire is not essential if you wish to stay within Moraira but recommended if you wish to explore this beautiful part of Spain. If you wish to drive from the UK it is possible to travel by ferry from Plymouth to Santander or Portsmouth to Bilbao. It is of course also possible to use the Channel Tunnel and drive through France.
Further details
The town of Moraira was originally a fishing village, it still has a small fleet and has retained its charm and feeling of a village community. The town is set in a valley which runs down to the sea it has two beaches one in the town and one in El Portet.
Booking notes
A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total is payable at the time of booking. Balance is due 8 weeks prior to departure. Damage deposit of 400 euros payable in cash or credit card on arrival this will be returned on departure assuming there has been no damage.
