A beautiful small house in rural Spain situated at the edge of a typical Andalucian village overlooking open countryside. Room enough for a family or friends sharing. Less than 40 minutes drive away is the modern and thriving city of Granada, with its stunning Moorish palace, the Alhambra; trendy and traditional bars and restaurants; a busy night life and shopping to cater for every taste. The Mediterranean coast, Costa del Sol, is about 45 minutes drive to the south. The two main resorts are Salobreña and Almuñecar. Also within easy driving distance is the Sierra Nevada, with access during the Winter months to Europe's most southerly ski resort, with facilities including ski hire, on-piste restaurants and snow making to extend the skiing season.

Rental prices include bedlinen and towels, preparation of house and cleaning after departure. Beach towels not included. For rental periods longer than 10 nights clean sheets and towels will be provided mid stay, or every 7 days for visits over 14 nights.

Coast/Beach
45 mins to Costa Tropical (Costa del Sol) and the nearest beach at Salobreña. Salobreña has beach restaurant, and an old quarter with castle.

Skiing
The Sierra Nevada ski resort is approximately 45 minutes away by car. The resort has 61 km of ski slopes and is open 9-5 (weekends and bank holidays are naturally the busiest times). There are plenty of ski schools and equipment can be hired even on a daily basis. 16 snow machines are available when necessary to extend the season.

Granada airport is approx 40 mins drive.
Malaga airport is approx 90 mins drive.
Hire car or own transport is essential.

Distances
Granada city with the Alhambra is less than 40 mins drive. Durcal, a local market town is about 20 mins drive. The Sierra Nevada and Alpujarras can be visited.

Booking notes
A deposit (non-refundable) of 25% is required with confirmation of booking. Balance is due 42 days before the rental starts. Any cancellation must be notified to us by telephone and confirmed by email by the person who has contracted the holiday. If this occurs more than 30 days before departure only the deposit will be retained by us.
