The house is newly decorated, modern, and equipped with everything to make you comfortable. All the facilities are here to ensure you enjoy a lovely relaxing holiday. The shared pool is large enough for a decent swim, quiet and private. A large south facing terrace to relax and soak up the sun. Stroll along the front to the town nearby, with its wide variety of restaurants, shops and bars. Located in a friendly, unspoilt area with no industry where you can relax, unwind and enjoy your holiday. With over 300 days of sunshine a year, the Orange Blossom coast is well worth exploring.

Changeover day
Saturday to Saturday in high season, and flexible out of season. Arrival after 3pm and departure time by 10.30am.

The living accommodation is modern and new. Everything to make you comfortable in this spacious well equipped living room with 2 x 3 seater settees, Sky TV, DVD and Hi-Fi system. You can eat inside or out at one of two dining tables. |

Part of the rear terrace may be closed off with a wall of glass doors, the doors open out fully. In the walled off area are comfy chairs, a second TV, Playstation, games and dancemat. |

Fresh linen is supplied once a week and the property is fully serviced after each let. Please bring your own towels for the pool and beach. |
Notes on accommodation
We want you to enjoy the property as a home away from home and to come back again. As you will see when you come, Alcossebre is a small town, but the more you come the more you will find here. No Smoking please. Sorry no pets.

Outside
Large south facing private rear sun terrace with hardwood table and chairs gas BBQ. Pretty front garden leads directly to shared garden and pool area. Parking spaces at the front of the complex.
Coast/Beach
The 2 best beaches in Alcossebre and Las Fuentes have to offer are 250 yards away. These beaches are awarded with European Blue Flags and have gentle waves and long golden sands. Equipped with football pitches, volleyball nets, play areas, pedalos, windsurfing, scuba diving, jet-ski and sailing all available in season.
Golf
18 hole Bernhard Langer course within 40 minutes drive and an 18 hole Sergio Garcia course 35 minutes away.
Skiing
The Spanish Ski resort of Valdines is about 90 mins drive away and Andorra is about 4 hours.
Special interest holidays
Golf, sky diving, rambling, cycling, boat trips, fishing, bird watching.
Travel
Reus with Ryan Air/Easyjet bargain flights is 1.5 hours away.
Valencia is 1 hour away. Barcelona 2.45 hours drive or a train and taxi journey away. Santander and Bilbao sea ports are approx 7 hours away.
Distances
This fantastic area is best appreciated by hiring a car to explore but the location of this property means you dont need a car the shops and restaurants within walking distance. Alcossebre is a few minutes walk away along the sea front, Los Fuentes is about 15 minutes flat walk away
Peniscola 20 mins drive. Marina Dor largest Spa in Europe 20 mins drive. Port Aventura 90 mins drive. Benicasim Aquamarina Water Park 30 mins. Don't miss Morella the moorish town and castle in the mountains.
Further details
Alcossebre is a well populated Spanish town best explored on foot, offering shops, internet cafes, supermarkets, bakeries, English speaking GP, pharmacist, dentist etc ... There are some rather lovely shops to browse around and Spanish bars serving beer and tapas at surprisingly reasonable prices. See our web site below for full details and photos.
Booking notes
A 20% deposit is required at the time of booking with full balance due 6 weeks prior to arrival. Please include £250 damage deposit with your final balance refundable after inspection within 7 days of return.
