Bathrooms: En suite bathroom to bedroom 1 with bath/shower over, wc and bidet.

Kitchen: Kitchen has large Bosch stainless steel fridge/freezer, Bosch stainless steel dishwasher, microwave, electric kettle and toaster. Well equipped. Leads on to ventilated utility/drying room.
Utility Room: Washing machine, laundry sink, clothes airer, fold-up sun beds for pool area.
Living Rooms: Living room with 3-seater and 2-seater leather sofas, TV/DVD, UK Sat TV, dining table with seating for 6 leading on to large terrace with outside dining furniture for 6.
Other: Front door opens into small vestibule with hanging space leading onto kitchen to right and living room directly in front.
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service:
Towels and linen included but not beach towels. Linen changed weekly. Property cleaned after each stay.

Air conditioning also functions as heating system. Suitable for children, though care must be taken with terrace. Cot and highchair available for rent at small additional cost.

Apartment is situated in beautifully kept gardens with palm trees and mature trees surrounding swimming pool. Sunloungers for use on terrace/at pool stored in utility room. Large terrace has dining furniture for 6.

Coast/Beach
5 mins drive to nearest beach (blue flag beach with beach bar in season). Couple of minutes further to several others. Denia has over 20km of fantastic beaches, ranging from wide, sandy beaches fringed with fish and paella restaurants to rocky pebble beaches excellent for snorkelling, diving, fishing etc.

Golf
The apartment is situated within 10 km of two world class golf courses. Day passes available at both.

Travel
Denia is equidistant from Valencia and Alicante airports. Approx 1 hour drive (100km approx).

Distances
The apartment is just 7 minutes walk from the numerous restaurants, shops, pavement cafes and tapas bars of central Denia. The beaches (several choices) are no more than a 7 mins drive away. At the railway station (10 mins walk) trains leave on the hour stopping at neighbouring towns e.g. Altea, Calpe, Benidorm etc - perfect for a day's sightseeing.

Further details
Denia has many small, individual shops which offer one-off designer pieces as well as most European quality labels. A shoe lover's paradise, the range of shops is quite outstanding. There are many supermarkets, banks, hair salons, beauticians etc in the town and the nearest shop is about a 5 minute walk from the apartment. There are also many restaurants within a few minutes' walk from the apartment.
