Villa Vita Nova is a lovely villa in a secluded residential cul-de-sac. It is situated in the heart of Benalmadena Costa, just minutes walk from the sandy beaches and the bustling yacht marina. All the amenities are just minutes walk away - shops, bars, restaurants, pharmacy, supermarket and tourist attractions. Golf courses are within easy reach and the villa is suitable for all age groups. The rooms in the villa are large, bright and spacious. We have a pool which is solar heated, table tennis and sunny patio areas. There is also a pool table, jacuzzi and satellite TV. Air conditioning unit provided.

There are various terraces, including one on the roof. You will be able to find sun or shade. The pool is solar heated and the barbecue area is wonderful for dining alfresco and enjoying a game of pool - by the pool! There are lots of patio chairs and sunbeds.
Coast/Beach
The sandy beach and yacht marina are just a few minutes walk.
Golf
There are loads of golf courses along the coast and the villa is ideally located whether you are a group of golfers or golfers travelling with family. We can arrange discounts and transport for local courses and tailor your golfing days to your ability.
Skiing
Skiing is available 1.5 hours drive away.
Travel
Malaga airport is 15 minutes drive.
Distances
The local town, the marina and many tourist attractions are within easy walking distance.
Further details
Shops, chemist, bars and restaurants are only a minute or two walk away.
