A first floor 2 bedroom apartmentwith one double room and one twin room, which is a short walk to the blue flag La Mata beach. There is a selection of bars, restaurants, shops and internet cafes within easy walking distance. Torrevieja town centre is only 10 mins drive or short bus ride away. There are also plenty of family and children’s activities locally and also a variety of Golf Courses in the area. Although not essential a car may be advisable to those who wish to go a little further afield and explore more of the Costa Blanca.

Towels and bed linen are included but not beach towels please bring your own. The apartment is cleaned before your stay and again on your departure. A clean and change of bed linen can be arranged during your stay if requested at an additional cost. |

Coast/Beach
La Mata beach is just a 5 minute walk away but you are spoilt for choice within Torrevieja and a short distance away there is also the beautiful beaches of La Zenia, Flamenca, Cabo Roig and Campoamor. Most of the beaches in the area have been awarded the prestigious blue flags.
Golf
There are 3 well known Golf Courses within a 15 minute drive, Villa Martin, Campoamor and Las Ramblas. There are more a little further away in Algorfa and Alicante.
Travel
Alicante and Murcia airports are 30-40 minutes away. There is a local car hire office within walking distance. There is a frequent bus service which runs from just outside the apartment block into Torrevieja.
Distances
Within approx 1 hours drive there is a variety of different and interesting places to visit, including Alicante, Elche, Murcia, Orihuela, Cartagena and Benidorm.
Further details
Within close walking distance there are bars, restaurants, supermarkets, a bank with cash point and internet cafes.

I will confirm via email or telephone that your required dates are available and then send a Rental Agreement and booking form to you, the completion and return of these along with a £100 non-refundable deposit will secure your booking. The balance is payable 8 weeks prior to your arrival.
