A quiet modern spacious apartment tastefully decorated with all facilities. The private terrace is 24 metres and has the sun all day long. Private intercom access. The apartment is bug free, mosquito/fly screens up at all the windows. There are 3 very large ceiling fans, radiator and fan heater. Mojacar is an enchanting magical Moorish village of white washed houses perched on the hillside overlooking the beach and mountains. The village is totally unspoilt with quaint cobbled streets and is steeped in history. The large sandy EEC Blue Flag beach stretching 10km is 2 km away and can be seen from the apartment. Mini Hollywood where the Spaghetti westerns were filmed is 45 minutes away. There are 4 golf courses near by including the desert sands 72 par. Linen and towels are provided. The apartment is cleaned on a weekly basis. We have an English manager who lives near to the apartment in case of any extra items you may require. |

Suitable for painting, writing, reading and relaxing. Very romantic and private. Great for sunbathing we get the sun all day long and the terrace is very private.

The private and peaceful terrace is 24m with amazing unrivaled views of the sea, beach and mountains. The balcony has the sun all day from approx 7am-7pm in the summer, 7am - 3pm in winter. Large table, 6 patio chairs, 2 lounge chairs, parasol and BBQ.
Coast/Beach
The White Sandy 10 mile long deserted EEC Blue Flag beach is a 10 minute walk away or you can catch a bus at the end of the street.
Golf
There are four golf courses nearby to accommodate all standards including the desert sands 72 par golf course the only desert course in Europe.
Skiing
Only two hours from Sierra Nevada where skiing and the international cross-country ski event take place each year.

The apartment is situated in the centre of the village near to all amenities and the bus stop is at the end of the street. It is an ideal place to spend your days writing or painting in the breathtaking surrounding scenic area. Watch the fishing boats from the terrace going out from the nearby village of Garrucha or visit the white sandy deserted EEC Blue Flag Beach. Walking nearby in the mountains.
Further details
The village has some fabulous international restaurants and
traditional bars. The beach is one of the few places now in Europe where you can eat and drink right on the beach while listening and watching the ocean in one of the Chirinigutos.
If you are a fish lover the fishing village of Garrucha is nearby where fresh fish is brought straight from the boat to your table.
Mojacar has one of the sunniest climates in Spain with
3,000 hours of sunshine a year compared with 3,000 hours of rain in the UK. With all the reasonable flights from the UK and easy access to the village it is ideal for a weekend break. Near to Granada with the famous palace of Alhambra. Only 45 minutes from Mini Hollywood where all the famous spaghetti westerns were made. Only two hours from Sierra Nevada where skiing and the international cross-country ski event take place each year.
Booking notes
A non-refundable deposit of 20% must be paid to secure bookings by sending a cheque with your card number and address on the back or by traveller’s cheques in sterling, euros or dollars. The remainder must be paid in full 6 weeks before departure.
