This is no ordinary rental Villa. Brand new in 2004, it was meticulously planned and designed by the owners to take full advantage of its prominent position overlooking the small seaside town of Moraira and the Mediterranean, about 2km away. It is kept to the highest standards and designed to maximize both the sunshine and shade available. It is on a quiet road in the exclusive suburb of Benimeit, a peaceful, select residential area. Everything about the Villa has a great feel of quality about it. Its design is traditionally Spanish yet it's filled with modern luxuries.

Notes on prices
Prices are for the property per week in UK Pounds. Wired and Wireless ADSL (Broadband) and pool heating (when required) is included in the price. Price is negotiable depending on occupancy but not in high season, please enquire. A deposit of 20% is required to secure the booking. The balance is due 6 weeks before the start of the holiday.

Changeover day
Changeover day is normally Saturday but may be varied by arrangement, not available in high season.
Arrival time after 2pm.
Departure time 10am.

Utility Room: Iron & Ironing Board.
Living Rooms: On the first floor the large lounge is pleasantly situated to take full advantage of the fantastic sea views, and leads through patio doors to its own large sun terrace, perfect for dining or relaxing - this terrace also has a sun blind for welcome shade.
Other: The modern kitchen is of open plan design leading through an archway into a dining area, which has a polished wooden table & 8 chairs with wonderful veiws. Through the patio doors is a large balcony with a further table and seating for al -fresco dining.

The villa is weekly cleaned on a Saturday with clean bedding, bath and beach towels provided. A maid service and ironing service is available at an extra charge.

Notes on accommodation
Villa Hermosa is well suited to large or two families wanting to holiday together but with a certain amount of privacy for the couples with the 2 master bedrooms being en-suite. All bedrooms have ceiling fans and are air-conditioned, as is the living area upstairs. There is underfloor heating and pool heating for the cooler months. There is free veiw sky TV, DVD,CD/Radio and 2 i-pod docking staions Security within the house is well catered for, with a burglar alarm; safe; triple bolted doors; and an intercom entry phone system. Children welcome we provide a high chair, travel cot and 2 stair gates.
Games, books and jigsaws are also provided.

Outside
Villa Hermosa is set in its own secure walled garden, beautifully kept with many exotic Mediterranean plants such as palms and cactus. Cars may be parked within the grounds behind secure gates.
The very large swimming pool terrace on the ground floor is a delight. A large 8m x 4m mosaic tiled private pool dominates it, with easy-access Roman steps into it. There is also an outdoor shower. In addition there are many new sunloungers and an array of outdoor furniture for "al fresco" living on the pool terrace.
Part of the pool terrace incorporates an outdoor barbecue area, and next to it a small indoor kitchen with additional cooking and washing-up facilities, all carefully designed for guests' convenience and a relaxing holiday.
Leading off the pool terrace is a naya, a covered yet open area giving welcome shade. This naya has a further outdoor dining table and chairs, and comfortable relaxing chairs. And close by is yet another open terrace again with an outdoor dining table.

Coast/Beach
Within Moraira there are three EEC approved blue flag beaches, one of these is in a secluded bay called El Portet. The other two beaches provide childrens facilities, a car is necessary, but only a 10 min drive

Golf
Approximatley 10 minute drive towards Javea is a good 9 hole golf course. Also 2 putting greens, driving range, 2 tennis courts, large swimming pool & paddling pool & of course a club house, resturant and bar.
You can book up to 3 days in advance for a max of 3 people, players must have a HCP 26 for gents and 34 for ladies.
the cost is 50 euros for 18 holes and 30 euros for 9 holes.

Moraira is within an hours drive on the motorway from Alicante & Valencia airports.

Distances
The villa is 2km away from the beach town of Moraira and is also a 30 minute drive from water parks and theme parks in Benidorm.

There is also a wide range of fantastic restaurants available catering for any budget and any taste.

Booking notes
A deposit of 20% of the cost of the rental will be required to confirm booking, the remaining balance is to be paid six weeks before the start of you holiday.
