The apartment is spacious, nicely furnished and is also in a very quiet part of the building away from the nearby bars. We also have English TV for your enjoyment. There are bars and restaurants within a few minutes walk of the apartment. The apartment is on the 5th floor, with no one above so very peaceful. Golf is available - several courses are very close by, one is approx 5 mins away by car, also close to the Sierras for skiing (2 hours approx).

A 30% deposit is required to secure all bookings. The remainder of the balance is to be paid on arrival at your destination. If you do require a booking of less than a week then a cleaning charge of 50 euros may be charged.

Change over day is flexible. Day of departure - need to vacate the apartment by midday but this is also flexible, just ask.

Outside
Large shared roof top pool with stunning views, umbrellas and sun loungers. Gymnasium with sauna and jacuzzi at no extra cost. Swimming pool closes for the season mid Oct - Apr.
Coast/Beach
Beach/Sea can be seen from the apartment and is only 10 minutes by car. Lots of beach bars/restaurants with great food.
Golf
Several golf courses are very close one is approx 5 minutes away by car with sea views. Also the only desert golf course in Europe is approx 30 mins drive away (it is used by a number of celebs).
Skiing
Close to Sierra Nevada (approx 2 hours by car) can be done easily in a day.
Travel
Almeria airport is approx 45 minutes by car away also bus transfers are available from here. Alicante and Murcia airports are approx 2 hours by car.
Distances
Granada and the Alhambra Palace are approx 2 hours by car and are amazing to visit. Lorca is also a great place for a day trip with a castle which is made to look and feel like you are visiting it in its heyday the 1600's with all the staff dressing up like they are still in that period.

Available activities include scuba diving, horseriding, walking, petanque, tennis, watersports, fishing, golf, swimming, bowling, cycling, quad biking, go karting.
Mini Hollywood is approx 45 mins away where many films were made and scenes still re-enacted each day they also have a zoo and pool with slides.
Terra mitica is approx 2 hours away and is a theme park with rides and rollercoasters.

A 30% deposit is payable as soon as booking is confirmed and the rest is payable on arrival in euros.
For your convenience a welcome pack is available at a cost of €22 which would include tea, coffee, water, bacon, eggs, wine, margerine, sugar, spread, bread, cornflakes and milk.
