La Mata, on the Costa Blanca in Spain, is an ideal place for a holiday in Spain. The village of La Mata is a typical Spanish village which not only has one of the best sandy beaches in Spain, it also has an excellent street market every Wednesday morning and some brilliant bars, shops and restaurants.
The weather in La Mata, on the Costa Blanca in Spain, is very stable, with relatively mild temperatures in winter. The coldest months are January and February, with temperatures ranging from 8 to 16 degrees and the hottest months are July and August with temperatures ranging from 28 - 35 degrees.
Booking notes
A deposit of 25% reserves the property. The balance, together with cleaning charge £55, must be paid a minimum of four weeks before arrival. Most forms of payment are accepted; BACS, wire transfer, cheque, cash and all major credit cards.
£100 refundable breakages deposit is also required.
