This recently built villa with pool comes complete with all "mod cons", including air conditioning, "en suite" bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, linen, towels, indeed everything to make your stay happy and memorable. The area of La Marina has many bars, supermarkets, and restaurants within 15mins walking of the villa, though a hire car is recommended, particularly for families with young children and the elderly.

Changeover day
Saturday is the preferred changeover day, but this flexible, and access is not before 3.00pm. and departure must be by 10.00am.

| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
Spare towels and linen are provided, enough to make any necessary changes during your stay. For clients staying longer than 2 or 3 weeks we will arrange to remove soiled linen to be laundered and returned. |
Notes on accommodation
The air conditioning system is reversible so as to provide heating during colder months, there are also portable electric radiators. The villa is perfect for children, since the grounds are totally secure making it practically impossible for little ones to "escape".

Outside
The villa has a large terrace area complete with table and chairs for dining out, this leads onto the patio and the 8m x 4m pool with loungers and brick built barbecue. The whole area is set in mature gardens, with many flowering shrubs, bougainvillea, and cypress trees.
Coast/Beach
The nearest beach at old La Marina is approximately 10mins drive away, but there are many other beaches attached to nearby resorts such as Guardamar, and Santa Pola within 15mins drive.
Golf
There are a number of golf courses situated in various locations from the villa, most are within 45 mins by car and details for these are available in the villa.
Special interest holidays
With rising costs for electricity and heating etc in the UK, why not take a winter break in '09, through January, February, March and April and save money trying to keep warm. We offer 15% reduction on booking of three weeks or more during this period. Offer ends 30th April 2009
Travel
The airport at Alicante is approximately 35 mins away and all taxi drivers know the area, but a more detailed map can be faxed or e-mail to you. The second airport at Murcia (San Javier) is about an hour away. Both airports are served by budget airlines such as Ryanair, Easyjet, Monarch etc. A hire car is strongly recommended, so as to be able to enjoy the full potential of this interesting and diverse area. Hire cars can arranged for collection and return to and from either airport.
Distances
The city of Alicante has many items of interest, the medieval castle is well worth a visit. A little further north is the resort of Benidorm, which has theme parks Terra Mitica, and Terra Natura, together with Aqualandia, and Mundamar Sea World. In another direction the historic towns of Orihuela and Murcia offer a different day out.
Booking notes
Bookings should be made by email, but we accept telephone reservations provided they are confirmed by fax or letter. A minimum £200 deposit is required with the balance paid at least six weeks before arrival. Payments in sterling direct to our UK account or in euros to our Spanish account.
