2 bedroom apartment on first/top floor with balcony and roof top terrace offering stunning views of two salt lakes and surrounding mountains in the distance. Situated in countryside near orange and lemon groves and the typical Spanish town of Los Montesinos. Communal pool and children's play areas are a 2-minute walk away. Close to on-site supermarket, bars, restaurants and beauty salon. Local bars and restaurants of Los Montesinos are a 5 minute drive away and Torrevieja is about a 15 minute drive. English Sky TV and hot/cold air conditioning at no extra charge.

Notes on prices
Prices are for the property per week (not per person) in UK Pounds and there is an additional cleaning/laundry charge of 40 euros per stay (payable to the keyholder when collecting keys). A discount is negotiable for a long term winter/summer let for a minimum of 4 weeks. Stays of less than 1 week are £20 per night plus cleaning/laundry charge.
Changeover day
Arrival and departure dates are totally flexible with no additional charge.

Notes on accommodation
There are 2 air-conditioning units installed which provide hot and cold air – 1 in the main bedroom and the 2nd in the lounge. Apartment is not suitable for very young children unless they are constantly supervised on the balcony and roof top terrace.

Accessibility
Unsuitable for wheelchairs due to steps up to apartment front door.
Outside
Balcony and roof solarium has a patio table and four chairs, parasol and two sun beds. There is a communal adult and baby pool only a 2 min walk away which requires a key to gain access. There are also many play areas for children in the area.
Coast/Beach
The nearest beaches are at Torrevieja which is about a 15 min drive away or about 5 miles. The best beach is at Guadamar which is about 8 miles away and this is a very large sandy beach.
Golf
There are many golf courses in the area which are about a 15 minute drive away.
Travel
The nearest airports are at Alicante and Murcia, (there are 2 motorway tolls for travel from Murcia airport) both about a 45 min drive away. Car hire is recommended although we can arrange airport transfers for an additional cost and also transfers to various places of interest.
Distances
The nearest town is Los Montesinos which can be travelled to on foot (about a mile away), Torrevieja is about 5 miles away and Guadamar about 8 miles away. There are 2 large water parks in the area, one near Quesada (about two miles away) and the other near to Torrevieja.
Further details
There are many local shops, restaurants and a couple of banks at Los Montesinos. There is a large supermarket about a 5 min walk from our apartment. There is cycle hire and horse riding available and two huge water parks nearby. There is also a Go-Carting track at Punta Prima which is about 20 minutes away and also Quad Biking at a nearby site. The large Theme Park of Terra Mitica is located at Benidorm (one hours drive) and also the Benidorm Palace which has regular Flamenco shows.
Booking notes
A £50 deposit is required when booking together with £50 refundable deposit which will be returned if the property is left without damage or breakages. The remaining balance is due four weeks prior to departure. Please ensure that you arrange your own travel insurance to cover contents left in our property as we can not be held liable for any loss or damage during your stay.
