The apartment is very well appointed throughout and is completely serviced after each occupation. All linen and towels are supplied. The Blue Flag status beaches and the town centre with its many restaurants and shops are only a short 5 minute walk away. There is a Natural Park close by with several rare birds which can be viewed from hides.

The apartment is completely airconditioned / heated throughout which makes this an ideal apartment for all seasons. There is a specially constructed play area with climbing frames etc and the whole complex is completely secure with access only by key holders.

Coast/Beach
There are five beaches in Alcosebre all with the award winning Blue Flag status. One of these beaches is only a five minute walk away from the apartment.
Travel
Alcosebre can be reached from the following airports: Barcelona - 2 1/2 hours Valencia - 1 hour Reus - 1 hour Train services from both Barcelona and Valencia airports are easily accessible to this area as well. Car hire is recommened to be able to visit the many places of interest in the surrounding areas.
Distances
The Waterworld at Benicassim and the Universal Theme Park at Portaventura are only a 35 minute drive away. Peniscola is the town where they filmed El Cid and the castle that was used in the film is still being used as a church today is a town full of interest whilst the walled town of Morella renowned for its wool making products is full of historical places to visit with the local shops all selling the produce made in the area.
Further details
Alcosebre has many restaurants serving a mixture of cuisine from Spanish, Chinese, English, Italian all giving excellent service, quality at affordable prices. The shops and supermarkets are very good with fresh produce daily, whilst the bakeries bake fresh bread and cakes daily and are sumptious.
Booking notes
A 20% non refundable deposit is payable on booking with the balance of payment due 6 weeks prior to arrival date. A £100 refundable breakages deposit is applicable and must be paid with the balance of payment.
