Television with limited Sky TV and DVD player is provided.

Notes on prices
Prices are for the property per week in UK sterling.
We are looking for a 6 month Winter let if any body is interrested from !st October through till end of March.
The rate of £450 per month plus heating oil at cost.
Changeover day
This will be normally on a Saturday but if we can be flexible we will try to accommodate. It will be administered by own management team who live 5 mins from the villa. You will be met at a local point and taken to the villa.

Outside
The large tiled terrace with naya leads down to a superb pool measuring 8x4m. There is a ready built BBQ area, outside shower and the garden is of low maintenance with orange & Lime trees on 2 sides and baby palm trees. Sun loungers are provided for you long with parasols. There is gated secure parking for 2/3 cars.

Travel
La Safor is a mountain range, with an area which has been designated as a nature park with waterfalls and picnic areas. The Villa itself is situated just 1.4km East of the small town of Villalonga close to Gandia and Oliva. Some 11km from the main motorway junction No 61 on the N and only 10 mins from the beaches and towns of Gandia and Oliva. A 50 minute train ride will take you into Valencia city centre a must for every traveller.

Booking notes
Bookings can be made by either E-mail or phone. A deposit of £200 will secure your booking and will be confirmed on receipt. Payment in full is required 6 weeks prior to holiday dates. A refundable deposit of £150 will be needed before arrival, this to cater for any breakages incurred and will be refunded on the day of departure direct to your bank.
