A large swimming pool with Roman steps. Spacious terrace with sunloungers and sunshades, built-in barbecue and seating area. The terrace leads to a covered pergola with seating giving a different aspect of the valley. the garden contains many plants including palms, orange, lemon, olive and fig trees.
Parking on the drive for three cars.

Coast/Beach
The beautiful beaches of Javea, Calpe, Moraira and Denia are all within 20-25 minutes drive giving a choice of long sandy beaches or small rocky coves, all with crystal clear water.

Golf
La Sella [Denia] is an excellent course 20 minutes away.
Club Olivia 18 hole course 20 minutes. Calpe and Javea also have courses only 25 minutes away.

Travel
Alicante airport - 1 hour.
Valencia airport - 1 hour 15 mins.
Murcia airport - 1 hour 45 mins.

Distances
Casa El Risco is within a mile of the very traditional Spanish village of Murla, with a local shop/bakery and a very Spanish bar. Benichembla is a mile and a half in the opposite direction is also a very authentic village offering small shops, bars and restaurants. Orba and Jalon within 7 minutes drive have larger shops, supermarkets, banks and markets. Benidorm with its theme parks, nightlife, hypermarkets and tourists shops is just 45 minutes drive.

Further details
There is a superb choice of restaurants within 10 minutes drive of the villa. They offer a wide variety of cuisines and serve good food at modest prices. The area is ideal for walking or mountain biking in the unspoilt mountain areas with sleepy villages and a wealth of wildlife.

£200 booking deposit required. Balance to be paid 8 weeks prior to arrival. Holiday insurance is recommended.

About the owner
The villa was designed by ourselves with the help of an architect. The aim was to create a 'wow' fact as you enter the villa and walk through onto the terrace overlooking the valley. All the fittings were carefully selected by us and all the furniture is of a very good quality. We only rent the villa out for a limited amount a year often to family and friends.

Why the owner chose a home in this location
We had the villa designed to feature the panoramic views across the valley. It is on a small development with detached villas. It is very peaceful but conveniently situated between two villages with a village shop and several restaurants. Easy access to the coast and several golf courses. Being keen walkers there are a number of excellent walks from the villa.

Unique benefits of the property
The villa has a feeling of space. We have a large terrace with pool, with the garden on one level.There is plenty of space for children to use up there energy. In the corner is a Pergola with a bench, table and chairs. On the opposite side is a barbcue with seating The garden consists of numerous plants and orange,lemon,olive and fig trees.
