The property is on two floors. The ground floor comprises of entrance hall and WC, lounge/dining room and fully equipped kitchen. From the lounge area the French doors lead you onto a large terrace with BBQ area and beautiful planted area. Marble stairs lead you to the 1st floor you will find 3 double bedrooms, one en-suite and one main bathroom with double sinks and bath. There are 2 balcony/terrace areas on this floor. There are marble floors throughout, (except the kitchen) and air conditioning/heating.

A security deposit will be payable locally and will be returned upon departure.

Changeover day flexible. However departures are at 10am and arrivals at 3pm

Notes on accommodation
A beautiful spacious townhouse which has air conditioning for the summer months and heating for the winter. In addition to the large beautiful terrace which has sunbeds for terrace use and a Mexican style BBQ, the property also has shared use of a very large pool and gardens which are situated directly outside the property. There is also private parking. The local supermarket offers a free delivery service to your door (dependant on 100 euros spend). Benalmadena is a short stroll away and Fuengirola and Marbella can easily be reached by bus. Puerto Marina can be walked in 30 mins or by a short bus/taxi ride. There are many theme parks within a 10 min drive, e.g Tivoli, Water Parks. Car hire is recommended to get the most ot of your holiday although there are bus services just outside the property. There is a hill down to the supermarket by the quickest route and two other walkable routes down to the beach which are not via a hill.
Accessibility
Not suitable for wheelchair users due to steps to pool from roadside and steps up to the property which is usual for Spainish properties. Care hire is recommended to get the best out of your holiday.
Outside
Large terrace with Mexican BBQ, garden furniture for 6 persons. There are raised planted areas with a range of beautiful outdoor plants including a banana plant. The large communal pool and gardens are just in front of the property and can be viewed from the kitchen window. The terrace from bedroom one also has a table and 2 chairs.
Coast/Beach
The beach is a slow 10 min walk away. There are many coves and larger beaches within walking distance. Puerto Banus take approx 30 mins by car. Benalnudista (nudist beach) is approx a 5 min drive or can be reached by a short bus ride.
Golf
The property is set on the edge of Torrequebrada Golf Course. Many other golf courses can be reached within a 15-30 min drive. Excellent for golfing holidays set within easy access for all the key courses on the Costa!
Skiing
Sierra Nevada under 2 hours drive away.
Travel
Malaga is the nearest airport at 15km and is approx a 15 min car journey. A car is not essential but is recommended if you are wishing to travel further afield and enjoy the beauty of places like Ronda and Granada. The bus and train services are excellent, the nearest bus stop is a 3 minute walk and the nearest train link a 5 min bus ride away.
Distances
2km to railway Arroyo de la Miel. famous Puerto Marina, Paloma Park and Tivoli Theme Park all within 5 miniute car or bus ride. 15km to Malaga airport. 45km to Marbella. 2 Water parks and Fuengirola Zoo within 10 minute car/bus drive.
Further details
There is a large quality supermarket just a 5 minute walk away. Free deliveries if you spend 100 euros! For the more serious shopper, you can visit the Miramar Centre with its designer shops or Corte del Ingles all accessible but car/bus within 10-15 mins. Torrequebrada Casino just a 5 minute stroll as are a range of bars and restaurants which run along the seafront. There are two aqua parks within a 10 min bus/car journey of the property. Other places of interest are Fuengirola Zoo, Selwo Marina, Sea Life all just a 5-10 min drive or bus journey from the property. There are also a couple of popular bars/restaurants and banks near to the Casino, all within walking distance. The gym which is in Sunset Beach Hotel (approx 10 min walk), can be used by obtaining a day/week/month pass. Video hire shops, pizzeria and Japanese restaurant are just a few minutes drive or bus ride.
Booking notes
25% of rental will secure your booking with the balance payable 8 weeks prior to arrival, preffered method of payment by bank transfer. There will be a £100 key deposit, refundable at the end of your holiday. No hen/stag parties or large same sex groups as this is a quiet residential area. Golfers please advise. House sleeps 6 comfortably but can sleep up to 8, please advise
Please note pool is open from April to October.
