The villa is designed over 3 floors with a twin bedroom, shower room / toilet, kitchen and lounge, dining room on the ground floor. Wide marble stairs lead up to the twin and double bedrooms each of which has its own balcony and large en-suite bathrooms. The stairs also lead down to a large lower level multi purpose room with natural light; this is able to sleep 6 children and contains a table tennis table. The large terrace outside is southeast facing enjoying a sunny view all day. A lovely 5x4m pool provides the perfect place to cool down whilst admiring the stunning views. There is also a beautiful ‘living room outside’ comprising a BBQ area, table and chairs under a vine decked pergola and a shaded cushioned seating area for quiet relaxation. There is a secure drive for parking as well as parking spaces on the two house cul-de-sac location.

There 10 different beaches in Nerja stretching 13km of beaches, including the internationally famous Burriana beach that has been awarded by the blue flag of the European Union. The nearest is 5 mins walk from the villa and the furthest is less than 10 mins by car.
Golf
Professional and relaxing golf at Baviera (15 mins) and Anoreta (20 mins). New golf course being commissioned 5 min drive behind the property.
Skiing
One of Europe's most famous skiing resorts Sierra Nevada above Grenada is 1½ hour drive away. This will be considerably quicker once the new motorway is opened (currently under construction).
Travel
Airports are Malaga (45 mins) and Granada (90 mins); note Granada is cheaper and will become much more accessible when the new motorway is completed to Motril. Use of a car is recommended.
Distances
Frigliana village is 5 miles up into the Sierra Almajara mountains and Nerja is 2 miles from the villa.
Further details
The villa is 5 mins by car to Nerja a Spanish town that is full of charm. The town has a multitude of narrow winding pedestrianised streets that lead down to the plaza area at the Balcon. Nerja offers a good selection of shops, restaurants, nightlife and several pictersque beaches. Nearby attractions include the world renowned Nerja caves and the beautiful whitewashed mountain village of Frigliana. Malaga is 45 mins by car to the west and the vibrant city of Granada to the east and north with its Alhambra Palace and the dramatic Sierra Nevada mountain range where good skiing can be found. Activities such as golf, tennis, horse riding, mountain biking, water sports and water parks can also be found in the vicinity.
