Through the rental of this villa, you also have access to exclusively discounted mountain activities such as mountain biking and walking. La Sella is only 15 minutes drive from the sandy beaches, shops and restaurants of Denia and Javea plus the new fabulous shopping centre of Portal de la Marina with cinemas and bowling. Changeover day
Normally Saturday to Saturday, but may be flexible. The villa is normally available from 4pm on arrival day and vacation is normally required by 10am on the departure day. Some flexibility may be possible to allow for guests requirements.

Notes on accommodation
The accommodation at the villa is on one level accessed via steps. Garden chairs, tables and loungers are provided. Bedrooms and lounge have multi-speed ceiling fans. Electric heaters are available for cooler winter evenings. Sorry, pets not allowed.

Outside
Terrace: A large terrace ideal for al fresco dining with views over Montgo National Park. Garden: The private garden has a large patio area for sunbathing, with a number of shady areas ideal for siesta times.
Coast/Beach
Both sandy beaches and rocky coves can be found near the towns of Denia and Javea - a short drive or cycle ride from the villa.
Golf
There is an 27-hole golf course about 10 minutes drive from the villa together with several other courses within a 30 minute radius.

Travel
The villa is about 1 hour's drive and easily accessed from the airports of Alicante and Valencia.
Car hire is recommended for accessing nearby towns and other facilities. Full travel instructions to the villa are provided on confirmation of booking.
Distances
Both Denia and Javea are about 15 minutes drive from the villa and offer alternative restaurants, good shopping, with markets and old towns to explore. There is also a castle and museum in Denia.
Further details
There is a mini-supermarket, an internet office and a pharmacy about 5 minutes walk from the villa, together with an Italian type bistro/bar and other restaurants. There is a new indoor shopping centre a short drive away with a cinema, bowling complex and a variety of restaurants. Well stocked supermarkets can also be found within a 10 minute drive together with alternative restaurants. The area boasts a wealth of attractions for all the family including Terra Mitica theme park, Aqualandia (water world), Mundomar (sea world) within a short drive. The villa has information on many other attractions with contact and access details.
Booking notes
£100 holding deposit is payable at the time of booking with the balance payable 6 weeks before arrival. A refundable security deposit of £100 is also required to be paid with the balance.

About the owner
We moved to a mountain village in Spain in 2003 to run mountain activity holidays which we still do. As keen tennis players we discovered the La Sella resort with its fabulous tennis centre and spent many hours there. We loved the resort and it's location and decided to buy our villa in 2005. We enjoy the peacefulness of La Sella and in particular the amazing views towards Montgo National Park - a big reason we bought this particular villa. From our mountain base, we provide mountain biking and walking holidays for people of all grades - we offer great deals to people staying at our villa! Being so active, when our villa is not let out, there is nothing we prefer more than to stay there and relax at the pools and stroll out in the evenings to one of the local restaurants - perfect!
