A large, spacious villa designed for the most exigent. Distributed as 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a toilet, a living/dining room, kitchen with laundry room, store-room and spacious terraces. It is built on approximately 600 sq.m. of land, with its own swimming pool. The highest level of privacy can be enjoyed due to rooms being distributed on three floor levels. The master bedroom is a real suite, with a fully equipped bathroom, a dressing room, fireplace and spacious terrace. The villa is 1 hour’s drive from either Alicante or Valencia airports so very easy to get to. The villa is in a lovely part of Spain. As you can see from the photos it is very well proportioned 3 bed detached villa with it's own pool and can sleep up to 10 people (including one double bed and one King-size). The villa is located in Costa Blanca near the coastal town of Javea (approx 10/15 mins drive) but Gata town is 2 mins away (not costal).

Notes on accommodation
Villa Feliz is suitable for all the family including babies and children... We have facilities available such as avent steriliser, highchair, travel cots, toys, Playstation 2 and games, books, DVD player with films for children as well as adults.
Ceiling fans have been fitted in all bedrooms and lounge/dining room.
Not recommended for wheelchair access, although fine for a buggy/pushchair.

Booking notes
Deposit: 25% of total rental price to be paid within 7 days of booking being confirmed.
Balance: Payable 8 weeks before departure together with a security deposit of £100. The security deposit will be fully refunded within 28 days of return provided that there are no damages or breakages at the property. If you fail to pay the balance when due, your booking may be cancelled.
Cancellations: More than 10 weeks prior to arrival: full deposit refunded. 8-10 weeks prior: 50% of deposit.

You don’t know me, but I stayed at your villa which Lisa rented out from you, I am her sister in-law, I was just going through my e-mails and found the link she sent me with the photos of the villa I have been back less than a week and I would so love to be back there.
So this is just a note to say thanks for renting it out, it was a great 2 weeks, making it all the better that we were staying in such a nice villa with great facilities. I truly think you should put pictures of the view on there too, as I remember sitting on the edge of the pool on the 1st morning and looking at the most amazing view of a mountain which still took my breath away on the last day, which incidentally me and Joe (Lisa’ Brother) trekked round.
So once again thanks and if I ever go to Spain again I know just where to stay.
