Villa Limone is a large and luxurious villa situated in extensive private grounds with sensational sea and mountain views. The Villa overlooks the pretty fishing village of Moraira. The front of the villa is southerly facing and features Calpe Rock. The rear looks across the valley with Montgo (Elephant Rock) clearly visible in the distance. The house is a very large 3 storey villa that is ideal for two families or parents with children and grandparents who may like times when they can enjoy their own private space and tranquillity. The upper floor has a master bedroom with its own private roof terrace, a separate dressing area and en suite facilities with a Jacuzzi bath and fridge for those champagne moments. The main floor is connected by a curved marble staircase and offers a fully equipped kitchen, separate dining room and lounge with a wood burning fire place. A second bathroom followed by a guest bedroom with its own balcony.

Changeover day
The preferred change over day is Saturday or Sunday but we can be flexible on this. Arrival time is after 4.00pm and departure time is 10.00am on the day of leaving.

Notes on accommodation
The three storey house is very private within its walled and gated area. It is marble and tiled throughout and is suitable for children.
The Villa has steps throughout the three storeys, so is only partially suitable for wheelchair access.

Outside
Large mature gardens with two very private pools (one 8 x 4 the other Heart shaped the later being heated). Two BBQ areas on the ground and first floor patios. There is extensive outside furniture available.

Coast/Beach
The property sits astride the top of a hill 1 mile or so from the coast. Several excellent sandy beaches and coves are only 5 to 10 mins away by car.

Golf
9 hole course within 5 minutes car ride away. 18 hole course 15 mins away by car.

Travel
The property is 45 mins from Alicante and one hour from Valencia - a car is essential.

Distances
The property is on the top edge of Moraira with Calpe, Tulada and Javea a few kilometers away. You can see Calpe Rock and Montgo from the villa.

Further details
Moraira often called the 'jewel of the Costa Blanca' has all the facilities you could need with many local shops and market days, first class restaurants, bars, supermarkets and banks.

Booking notes
A deposit is required on booking the villa with full payment being made in advance of key transfer / location details etc. There is a suppliment of £80 for single week bookings. Air conditioning and excessive water usage is charged for as an extra.
