The villa is walled all round and is very peaceful and private. It is within close walking distance to the pueblo of Maro where there are friendly restaurants and a beach. The villa is set in a small urbanisation with views from the balcony of sea and mountains. It is only a short drive to Nerja and its numerous beaches. There is an excellent bus service within walking distance from the villa to all villages along the cost and to and from Malaga airport. A supermarket is situated nearby. There is a discotheque in Nerja for the young at heart or one can simply relax by the pool. There are lots of seaside towns to visit, especially driving east. This area enjoys the best weather on the coast. The facilities are excellent with a high standard of cleanliness.

Notes on prices
Prices are for the property per week in Euros. The prices are based on no more than three people. Around 1.46 euros = £1.
From Saturday noon time to Saturday noon time. A booking deposit of 25% is required.
Changeover day
Usually Saturday (occupation from midday). However, we visit twice a week on Tues to clean and sanitize the pool, and Sats to clean the villa and change the bedding. It takes about three hours but we promise not to disturb you too much.

Outside
There is a balcony which is equipped with a retractable sun blind. The pool is ceramic and its dimensions are 8m x 4m, with a shallow and deep end. Steps lead into the pool from the shallow end. It is regularly sanitized and automatically filtered daily. There is a gas barbecue on separate patio away from the pool surrounds.
Coast/Beach
Easy walking distance to the pueblo of Maro where there is a beach. It is only a short drive to Nerja with its numerous beaches.
Travel
Malaga airport is 50 minutes by taxi or hire car and about 90 minutes by the excellent bus service which goes to the terminal at the Cuevas de Nerja (actually the cuevas are at Maro close to the villa). Directions from Malaga to the villa will be sent in good time.
Distances
Maro is within walking distance. Nerja about 5 K's away. It is an interesting town with lots of restaurants and bars usually with live popular music in the evenings and good company. Torrox Costa, Caleta and Torre Del Mar driving west have very long beaches and promenades. Lots going on along the Torre Del Mar area, especially for children There are trampolines with bouncing supports above them. Great fun.
Further details
On the clip board you will find a drawing showing where the beaches and supermarkets are. They are not far but may be closed on Sundays. If you are arriving on that day we would be happy to buy some provisions for you beforehand if you let us know what you would like. If you intend to use credit cards you will have to take your passport along with you to support it
There are plenty of cash points in the main towns.
Before coming out of any bank be sure to stow your money away first and be wary of anyone lurking near the doorways. Hold your shoulder bag tightly to you otherwise you will make it easy for thieves to snatch and run and ruin your holiday.
These ocurrances are rare but they do happen in most holiday resorts throughout the world. Be as careful as you would be at home.
Booking notes
A 25% reservation deposit is required, with the balance paid on arrival. No persons other than the nmber of guests on the booking list will enjoy the facilities of this villa without prior permission from the owners.
