This luxury 3 bedroomed house on Hacienda del Alamo is fully equipped throughout to ensure your stay is as comfortable as possible. This includes air conditioning/heating, satellite TV showing Sky and English channels, a DVD player, CD player, and the kitchen has an oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and fridge/freezer. The property is situated on one of the most prestigious golf developments in the Murcia region, Hacienda del Alamo. It is 5 minutes from the village of Fuente Alamo and 25 minutes from the lovely beaches of Mazarron, the Mar Menor and the renowned sporting resort of the La Manga Club. The villa has a fully landscaped garden with a large terrace that gets the sun all day and is right next to the pool.

Accessibility
Two of the bedrooms are downstairs, which would suit a person who might have difficulty with stairs, however, there are a couple of steps up to the front door which would not make it ideal for wheelchair users.
Outside
The large sun terrace is easily accessed from both the living and kitchen areas and overlooks the large shared pool. The garden is beautifully landscaped and has tables, chairs and sunloungers. Part of the terrace is covered, so you can choose to be in the shade or sun as you prefer.
Coast/Beach
There are beautiful sandy beaches at Mazarron (20 mins) and at Los Alcazares (30 mins) both by car. Los Alcazares is on the Mar Menor which has safe and warm shallow waters and plenty of snack bars on the beach, ideal for children of all ages. The area also offers a wide variety of water sports.
Golf

Skiing
Sierra Nevada is 3 hours' drive away and is great for beginners and boarders. It is generally quiet and inexpensive and is the most Southerly ski resort in Europe.
Special interest holidays
The resort is very close to the Sierra Espuna National Park, Spain's largest nature reserve, ideal for walking holidays, mountain biking or just enjoying the tranquility. The Mar Menor, an inland sea, is renowned for sailing, scuba diving, kite-boarding and watersports generally.
Travel
The nearest airport, San Javier (Murcia) Airport (MJV) is only 30 minutes' drive from the resort alternatively, Alicante Airport is 1 hour's drive. Airport transfers can be arranged on request. Car hire is recommended to get around both the resort and the area.
Distances
The property is just 5 minutes drive to Fuente Alamo, with a wide choice of restaurants and bars, a large, well-stocked supermarket and banks and a large market on Saturday mornings. Murcia is just 25 minutes drive away and Cartagena with plenty of shops and restaurants is just a 20 minute drive. The nearest beach is at Mazarron, where there is a very long sandy beach and plenty of beach-side restaurants at Puerto de Mazarron. Cabo de Palos, renowned for its seafood restaurants, is also nearby.
Further details
The resort boasts a wide range of facilities, including 8 tennis courts, 4 paddle ball courts, grass football and rugby pitch, bowls green and boule court, cycle paths and numerous children's playgrounds. There is also a gourmet restaurant, cafe, snack bar and a bank with cashpoint. The brand new luxurious clubhouse has recently opened, with extensive terraces, two restaurants, a billiard room, sauna and massage.
